The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
❝ Whoever is regular with twelve Rak'ah of Sunnah (prayer), Allah will build a house for him in Paradise: Four Rak'ah before Zuhr, two Rak'ah after it, two Rak'ah after Maghrib, two Rak'ah after Isha, and two Rak'ah before Fajr. ❞ .........
I am a woman that had faced a lot of tests in my life, the tests with my husband and children. But I am sure that Allah never put any burdens onto our shoulders except to make our life better and bring us to Jannah.

In the most extreme calamity i used to get major anxiety physical and mental pain and stress but now I just remember to allah we belong and to Allah we will return….. this helps me bring me back to Allah… we lose everything but as long as we return to Allah we have everything we need

I haven’t harm anyone or wronged anyone before this. I’m a good person. I know I am. I don’t look down on anyone, I’m nice to everyone and I’m not jealous or envy of anyone life’s. Everyone says I’m nice. Seriously.
But after someone did something bad to me ie Sihir, it changed me. I feel I’m not nice anymore. I get angry easily. I get bitter. I keep my walls high now. I don’t trust people anymore because I don’t know if they are good or bad. Before I always think good of everyone but after what I went thru, I’m wary of people. It’s hard for me to accept when I never harm or wronged anyone and someone did this to me.

in Paradise
The Messenger of Allah
"Allah will build a house in Paradise for whoever is
diligent in observing 12 Sunnah Rak'aat (as follows):
@ 100%
• 4 Rak'aat before Dhuhr (Midday) Prayer
• 2 after the Dhuhr (Midday) Prayer
• 2 after the Maghrib (Sunset) Prayer
• 2 after the Ishaa (Evening) Prayer and
• 2 before the Fajr (Dawn) Prayer."
