I always learn a lot about the construction and design of new homes from you. I love my KB home. Having the ability to select the upgrades allows for a lot of good value. Plus, it was great that I had the ability to upgrade things such as insulation, better toilets, more powerful garbage disposal, better garage door opener, etc. I don't know if all builder offer this level of customization, but KB is really good about this. Plus, I bought the soft water system, washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave and window treatments from KB. I paid 5-10% more than Lowes or Home Depot, but having everything installed when I closed was priceless.
Love the back yard and upper porch I would screen it in so those annoying pests doesn't bother me too bad. Down stairs bedroom needs to be a little bit bigger.
Am i missing something? Im sure im missing something. Bc, if i paid that much for a house, and had to park on the street, wow. My 800k house, it would be easy to say id be driving a 80-100k car. Who wants to park on the street? Thats equivalent to living in a shotgun house downtown. And also, w 3500 sq ft, and 4 beds, plenty of room for 4 adults but not room for 4 cars. That. Is. Amazing. These ppl want to live like kings, but yet their vehicles arent inside their property, they have to park on the street and their guest will have to park on the street too, and not near the house. This is on another level.
Hey Chak... quick question... Beezer 3,100 sqft crib... OR... this KB 3,000 sqft home??? On style, upgrades, and quality... Just need a 2nd opinion I saw the Beezer in Providence, and I was absolutely FLOORED!!!
you dont like med cabinet because your not old, wait until you start taken 15 meds daily to stay alive, so if your not going to add bathroom why bring it up????
Wow, this same plan in the southwest a couple of years ago was $450k base

You're right, KB does offer a lot of great options to add value! It really comes down to the price point of the home now
Thanks brother 🎉
