- Carolina Landing in South Carolina is a Thousand Trails affiliated RV resort. Located in Fair Play, South Carolina, Carolina Landing RV Resort makes a great base from which to explore the area. During our stay, we made a day trip to the quaint Bavarian town of Helen, Georgia about an hour away. Cellular service was great on all three carriers. Verizon cellular service clocked in at 366 Mbps download speed and 7.54 Mbps upload speed. AT&T cellular service clocked in at 162 Mbps download speed and 21.0 Mbps upload speed. T-Mobile cellular service clocked in at 83.5 Mbps download speed and 5.11 Mbps upload speed.

Loved how you shared the intro, the activities and the laundry room, Melody. You are becoming the Vanna White of RV campground tours. 💕 We were there a few years ago. You can certainly get your exercise walking around there. So many hills, Peyton and I would walk down to the lake everyday. I can't believe that we did not go to Helen"s while we were there. Thanks for the tour! We will be visiting the campground before long and the reviews I had read made it sound like the sites were horribly unlevel. I was a bit worried but your video gave me a bit of hope lol. We have a 33 ft class C, sadly no auto levelers, sometimes the legos can be a challenge.

Hello new friends! I love a great campground review. We always try to check out a campground review before we book. We are not TT members, but this looks like a wonderful campground. We did Helen, GA November 2021. It was the Christmas lighting weekend. Just gorgeous. If y'all are ever in Tennessee, think of us! Maybe we could plan a waterfall tour :D
Great C.G. review you two. Angie & I stayed there in Oct, 2015 over Halloween. The staff had a hay wagon ride for all the kiddos pulling them around to all the sites so they could trick or treat. We sure love staying at TT parks. Safe travels! 🍻 Sean & Angie

Hello!! Nice video, and Melody, I love your T shirt! How can I get one of those? lol This campground looks like fun! Always love a place that has mini golf! So fun to play. Aww, too bad the pool was out of service when you were there! If they had a hot tub, was it also out? Nice swing! Thats a nice thing to have when you wanna sit down and relax! Nice looking laundry room. I was missing Milo, tho, while you were doing your "walk about". Good to see him at the end of the video! Campground looked rather, hilly! Cabins were cool too! Alot of leaves, had fallen off the trees there. I wouldnt have thought there would be that many falling off the trees down there in SC ?. Nice lake....would love to "wet a line" in there to see what I would catch! Were those private little boat docks across the lake there behind you? LOVE that little Bavarian town of Helen that you all went to!!!!! I would love to go there! Bucket List !!! Very enjoyable! take care !! vicky

We love this park. Love the location...But, we can never get leveled without a lot of work and headache. I wish they would do some work on the spots. We've been to this park 3 times. Sadly, we will not be back.
