Taruup double chop, used to have one.Hard to drive and 10ft wide on the road! Think Kidd and NH easier drive? Also had Frazer 10'6"×6'6" silage trailer trailer with flat sides, still have it!!! Was id known this was on!!
@@Magpie6639 keep an eye out on our Facebook page if your on it. It's always a great event, everyone raving about it this year. Sounds like some nice gear you had.
thanks for showing that, i remember the massey ferguson 390,590 and 178 as my dad worked on a farm over here on the uk maainland they had masseys great tractors ,especially the 1250 dont see many of them around nowadays theres a guy on here called cowfarmerdan he has a mf 1800
Glad you enjoyed, old Massey's making big money these days. Relative here had an old 590 back in the days, always remember there was only a door on one side! Plenty of great machinery on show.
I've got 40 acres of first cut for next year if Cooke wants to come and chop it with the murhill and kidd!.....the way he was goin that day I reckon 3 hours would put it in!
Great to see all those classics at work, not only the tractors but also the double chop harvesters. Looks like it was a great day out!
Thanks David, hard to pick a favourite from that collection!

A very difficult choice!
Super video some very tidy tractors brings back memories of silage cutting when I was younger 👍
Thanks Paul - what's your pick from the bunch?
@@OldSchoolNI I would have to go with the MF 390t as I'm a Massey and ford man at heart
They're worth a few quid these days based on recent sale prices!
