I've had a chord progression on the piano for years knowing that it sounded familiar but not where form. I've also listened to this song countless times... and it's just clicked that it's THIS song I've had in my head for well over a decade.
This brings so much nostalgia. Me and my sis were kids when our older brother played MSR, and we specifically loved this tune. I think late 90s-00s were better at racing soundtracks than 10's.

Okay....i never got to grow up with these game because i was a Sony kid and like GT2 a lot but i stumbled across this game in like a sleeve of games my brother got off of someone and this was in it i played it and then i heard this.... And wow i loved it the second i heard it there's another version i think call the club Paris mix??? I think i don't know i don't remember. I thought GT2s soundtrack was amazing well it was because it was other people's songs but this is the best original soundtrack I've heard in a racing game Edit: KUDOS REMIX THAT WAS IT
I played the fuck out of this game when I was still in school, was only about 6 or something but this brings back SOOO many good memories and takes me back to good times :D
