It seems like a natural psychological thing, pretty much makes sense when you keep a face for so long not trying to embrace those emotions you push aside for work (wrestling) and emotional anger can be debilitating since it's not normally regulated personally
I don't take a long time to cool off per say, however what I can say about myself is that similar to Rob I'm very slow to anger. Many people who know me often describe me as chill, laid back, calm, cool, and collected. With that being said, when I get mad after some time, I get MAD.

He LITERALLY forced her to buy his $40 T-shirt before he would autograph anything. No hard feelings but a pretty shitty thing to do considering I was like 13 years old.
When I need to get mad. I remember all the times I was told I was wrong but I was right. Its very easy to go into this state. That's what makes wrestling and acting and sht so damn cool.
Before the match.... somebody gave RVD a old VHS tape. This VHS Tape was a low quality copy of Reefer Madness....the rage, sadness, hate and betrayal he felt....
I remember it like it was yesterday. Having watched him for years in ECW as the laid-back self-confident guy, seeing him come out angry on Raw just felt fake. Hearing him say now that he was legit angry, I guess it felt fake to me because it was so against character to see him that way.
I totally forgot that this segment existed because I don't think people ever really talked about RVD being angry just because of how he is and how he lives life.
