I honestly don't even think The Observer is voiced by a real person. Some test codes reveal a computer-like voice speaking. Though, they could just be tests, at points The Observer sounds more like an AI rather human. If this is the case then they must have spent some hefty money for an online voice program like that.

I believe is one of his father's sword, since most samurai used two swords instead of only one, and the oni only borrowed one, wich is also the one that Rin uses, so yeah, is probably one of Oni's father swords

The oni seriously needs a nerf as he has almost as much impact on the game as legion. He is way to quick way to powerful and he downs people in one shot and as one of his teachable perks literally shows him where all of the pallets are so he can easily counter the survivors
His dash is very easy to dodge. And whenever he sprints or downs someone his power goes down faster. And knowing where all the pallets and windows are is not as strong as you think you is as most experienced killers already know where everything is or by the time you are actually there the survivor is going to be at the pallet
