무기력증이 극에 달했을때 집안이 굉장히
더러워진적이 있었음.
당시 클린어벤져스 보고 '와 이렇게 살면
저게 종착점이구나' 하고
정신 차렸었음.
더러워지기 시작한거 그냥 두고 보다 보면
어느순간 돌이킬수 없게 되는 구간이 생길거고
누구나가 쓰레기집에서 살게 될수 있는
가능성이 있다고 생각함
저렇게 까지 됐으면 누군가 치워줘야만 함
저걸 혼자서 어떻게 원복시켜
저도 혼자 있을 때 무기력하고 우울해 질 때가 많은데 작은 일부터 소소하게라도 의미부여를 해 보면 조금씩 나아지더라고요… 당사자의 마음을 다 알 수는 없지만 치료 잘 받으시고 빨리 일상으로 돌아오실 수 있기를 기도합니다. 그리고 항상 좋은 일 하시는 클린 어벤져스!! 응원합니다.
맞아요 우울하고 불안할때 정신차리고 처소하면 마음이 좀 나아져요 대청소가 아니어도 그냥 보이는곳만 싹 치워만 놔도 정신건강에 좋아집니다

Full hazmat and use thongs for any sharps, use a shovel and start at the door working my way in , we could also set up a portable air conditioner, set up ventilation, I would pretty much treat it as biohazard job

저도 강아지를 키우다 하늘로 보냈어요. 지금도 강아지를 생각하면 너무 마음 아프고 못해준 것만 생각나 죄책감만 듭니다. 꼭 치료 잘 받으셔서 잘 이겨내시길 바라요. 하늘로 먼저 간 아이도 그걸 원할거에요. 나중에 꼭 만날테니까. 그때까지 멋진 주인의 모습으로 당당히 살자구요 :>
저도 우울증 의심되서 다다음주에 병원 상담 예약해놓은 상태입니다. 지금은 고양이 두 마리 키우느라 사연자님 예전 모습처럼 책임감으로 버티며 살지만 얘네들 혹시나 먼저 수명이 다하기라도 하면... 저도 자신이 없네요 그 맘 이해합니다 가족을 보낸 아픔이 어찌 쉬이 잊어지겠어요 많이 아파하시고 힘들어하셔도 되세요 너무 힘들면 병원에 가서 도움 받아가면서 잘 지나가셨으면 좋겠습니다 같이 힘내요 우리
저도 냥이 두마리 키웁니다. 21살 17살. 오래 키웠지요... 워낙 잘 먹이고 잘 관리했던 아이들이라 병치레 한번 없이 긴시간 함께했네요.
저는 애도없고 남편도 없고 부모님 모두 돌아가셨습니다. 21살 아이는 작년부터 부쩍 근육이 감소하며 잠만 23시간 정도 잠니다.
내 곁을 떠날까봐 두려웠었는데 이제는 맘에 준비를 합니다..
고맙다, 사랑한다, 혹여 부족했던거 미안했다... 그래도 사랑한다. 이제 네가 언제든 너희별로 가도 서운해 하지 않을께 난 준비됐어...라고 하루걸러 말해줍니다.
저도 제가 우울증인거 아는데 해서 운동하고 감사기도하며 지냅니다. 병원보다는 자연과 운동으로 치유받으려 노력중입니다. 행운을 빕니다.

전 아버지 돌아가셨을때 보다 남동생보낼때가 정말 커다란구멍이 뚫린거 같았고 먹는게 뭔지잊고 살았었어요
아이들과 남편생각해서 정신을차리기 시작했답니다 ㅠㅠ
강아지를 돌봤을때 정성처럼 본인몸도 돌봐주고 좋은거 맛있는것도 먹고 아껴주세요. 화초나 꽃 식물을 키워보시는건 어떨지요?
Telling someone to get another dog when their dog passed.. is like telling a parent who has lost a child that they can just have another kid.
I think dog owners must prepare for a goodbye... Dogs usually live about 10 years. They cannot be with a human owner throughout his lifetime, and they will probably die before the owner. Those who cannot emotionally deal with that better not have a dog.

영상 화장실 보셨습니까? 재래식 화장실도 저것보다 깨끗하겠습니다 저여성은 하루빨리 정신병원 입원부터 하는게 좋을거 같군요 어떻게 집을 저따위로 하고살까요 노숙자도 저집은 더럽다고 도망갈거 같군요
참 답답한게 여기 글들 보면 온통 저여성분을 응오하는 글뿐이군요 뭐가 힘내라고 하는건지
저것은 정신병입니다 이웃집에게도 민폐를 주는것이고 악취 냄새 비위생적 짐승도 저렇게 살지 않을겁니다 세상에 저보다 더 힘들고 고통받고 참고 이겨내고 살아가는 사람들이 얼마나 많은데 집을 저 따위로하고 살아가는 정신병 환자를 응오합니까? 스스로 일어날 의지가없어서 사는 인간입니다 근데 갑자기 이제는 정신을 차렸나? 계속 쓰레기속에 살지 청소업체를 부르는지? 그리고 무슨마음으로 업체불러 청소 식혔는지 모르지만 새 각오가 있었으면 본인이 싼 떵 본인이 청소하게 해야죠 지가 저지른 일인데 가끔 업체 돈않주는 인간들도 있다는거 압니다 저런 집을 청소식히고 돈도 않주고 솔직히 저는 저런 인간들이 싫습니다 비극적인 선택을 하지않은것은 다행이지만 그렇다고 지가 세상 제일 불쌍한 인간도 아닐테고 본인 스스로 이겨내고 일어나야죠 누구나 아품과 고통은 있는법
사연이 있는 집이였군요.
그냥 일상으로 의뢰받은 집인 줄 알았는데... 심지어 여자분 사시던 집일 줄이야...
인터뷰 듣고 집안 에프터 영상을 보니 뭔가 속이 후련해지는.
이제 클린어벤져스 덕에 개운해지셨으니 딛고 잘 일어나시길 바래요.
분명 먼저 떠난 아이도 자신의 주인이자, 친구였던 사연자님께서 이렇게 삶이 무너지길 바라진 않을꺼에요.
맛난 간식거리 한두개 주머니에 넣고 가까운 공원산책이라도 하시면서 주위를 둘러보세요.
굳이 함께 살지 않아도 마음 나눌 아이들이 많답니다.
동네에 유난히 사람잘따르는 고양이가 있거든 간식 챙겨주고, 밥도 챙겨주시면서 친구되어보시는건 어떨까요.
아님 취미라도 가져보세요. 강아지를 키우기 두려우시다면 유기견센터에 봉사를 나가시는건요?
그렇게 바삐 살면서 먼저 보낸 아이 잊지마시고, 계속 추억하고 추억하세요. 대신 너무 아파하진 마시고...
시간이 흐르다보면 원하든 원치않든 조금은 희미해지고 아련해질꺼에요.

나도몇년전에 집을 저렇게만든적이있었지ㅠㅠ그때는우울증이라는생각도못하고 그냥 쌓아두고 미뤄놓고..결국 업체불러서 싹 치우고나서야 치료받을생각했는데.. 제발힘내시길..

If I could give that person a hug, I absolutely would. I know what it’s like to lose a pet, it feels like you’ve lost a piece of you. Pets are like family to me! I’m sorry for your loss! Treasure all the memories with your pup and give yourself time to grieve! Just remember to take care of yourself in the process, even if it’s little things like drinking water or eating a small meal. ♡

This demonstrates how powerful the connections we make with out animals. They are members of our family that sadly live less than we do, but they are always on our lives for a reason. Dogs teach us about the importance of life, company, taking care of each other, and they also teach us to say goodbye. I really understand this person's struggle. I would tell her to never give up and take your time to mourn your loss, and provide for yourself all the love and care you provided for your dog. That's what he/she would have wanted and I'm sure he/she is still with you in spirit.

those who laugh the most, hides the most painful wound. it's a hard time for everybody with the pandemic situation seems to be endless, let's start by checking in our neighbor, sometimes even a simple greeting and a smile means a lot for them. stay strong, stay healthy everybody.

Omg. You guys are really superheroes! I also have a dog and can empathize with her. I hope one day she opens her heart to a foster dog who she can change their life. To the lady: you cant change the world but for one lucky dog, you can change their whole world. In america, we see dogs as family members so losing a pet is like losing a family member. Take care of yourself, lady♡

My goodness, these guys are amazing! The guy that did the bathroom deserves a medal. I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and not know where to start when you've let things go like that, and I'm sure it's especially hard if you suffer from depression.

One of the most adorable, important and sad thing at this Videos are the interviews. I love how step by step Korean cociety learn what depression and mental health is and how important it is to talk about and "not laugh" about if someone mention it. In Korean society (like in many other countries) its not common talking about mental health. It gets laughed away, or u get told "to put yourself together" or "to work more" a.s.o. Its awful and not helping. Even in my country the situation and understanding got better but we aren't on the end of line. Please continue helping people and bring more attention to this topics. You do a great job.

저도 지금 저를 어릴때부터 키워주신 할머니가 너무 갑작스레 안좋아져서 요양병원에 어제모셔서 계속 눈물로만보내고있어요..같은 요양병원에 저도 디스크를 앓고있어서 같이입원해서 한번이라고 할머니 얼굴보자는 마음으로 같이입원중에 잠도 들지못하고 그냥 멍하니 있자니 너무 괴로워 유튜브라도보자하고 키다봤는데..세상에서 내가 제일힘들고 우울하다 느끼다가도 화면속분보고 참 힘든분들이 많구나~~생각하며 다시 마음을 다 잡아봅니다..
올해 99세이신 우리할머니도..세상 힘든 모든분들 다 행복하고 좋은일들만 가득하길 기도합니다~~
우리나라는 하나하나 꼼꼼히 분리수거하니 더 힘든작업..
ㅁㄱ은 분리수거가 뭐야하는 분위기..그냥 막 갖다버림 .. 하는데는 하고, 하는사람은 하지만 의무가 아니라서 그냥 버리는거같음

WOW!!! That was a horrible mess. I wouldn't even know where to start. You guys came in and tackled it all with humour. I would have thrown a match into the bathroom.
