Hi Jay! I just read most of your blog and I'm surprised. I feel like I've missed out on a lot of improvement if I had known what my mistakes were. After reading your blog I realize that my mistakes are not what I thought they were. Thank you for showing my that! I was wondering if you have any helpful tips for me for an improvement plan, I currently average around 11 seconds and I've been stuck there for a few months.
