This is my first time in over a year of listening to Rob on Spotify that I actually look at him while he talks. All his episodes are incredibly motivation and topics like this one are the icing on the cake. It's all about taking the right action by being able to fight against your brain when it tries to resist you. But we are more powerful than we think, just sometimes we forget it and there is Rob there ready to help us remember what we are here for. Thank you Rob, you help me grow my mindset five times a week.

This episode is "next level" thinking - it's one more valuable life lesson to get into the right frame of mind on the regular from the Mindset Mentor.

It is 100% possible to re-pattern your brain.
A little over a year ago I was CONSTANTLY in fight or flight.
I spent the past 14 months ACTIVELY working on myself, and my mindset. As he said, it takes work. A lot of work. And some days my “ego” kicked in and said screw it. But at the end of the day, I NEVER stopped doing the work.
To this day I am in awe of the process. It’s been such a beautiful journey and I look forward to continuing it.

You were spot-on and nailed this one as usual. For my friends and for your followers, I recommend that they also listen to IMO #1 podcast "What You Think Changes Your Brain". Today, "How To Re-Pattern Your Brain" seems to be a continuation of that theme of mindfully pursuing happiness. And I hope all your followers are aware of the end game. Living a more wonderful "stress-free" happy and healthy life. My personal motto: "Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life" - '79 Monty Python - My #1 Mentor: the one and only Rob Dial!! He's a ROCK STAR.
