  • One of the most iconic locations in Launceston, Tasmania is the Cataract Gorge. As often happens, it's in flood, as the waters of the South Esk come racing down through the valley to spill into the Tamar River. We walked along the cliff grounds, experiencing the rich history of this place, to have a sticky beak.
