Just curious how you guys got the shack into the box of the truck or did you use a trailer?

I have used a trailer everytime but could easily be done with a truck. Easiest is with three people. Two guys lift one end of the shack while the third person backs the truck under the shack while it’s being lifted. Then just pick up the rear end and push it in. I use a trailer because I am by myself usually. There is guys who have rigged up winches in their trucks to load it in the box by themselves. The lakes I fish on are right by my house. The one I pull right from my yard with the snowmobile, the other lake is directly across the road. About 10 lakes from my house within 5 minutes. It’s all water up here :)

How tall is it in there I was looking at one but can’t find the height

The ice shack I believe is 7’ tall. Just squeaks through my 7’ garage door. Looking at the ice shack plans now, the cut out for the door is 6’ 1 3/8” high.
