@MsMeke11 I can't say having a victim fall in love with their rapist who is essentially being held hostage over his friends would ever be a good ending. However, in the manga it's more of a misunderstanding than is portrayed here, which makes the forgiveness and eventual romance a lot easier to accept. Read the manga, it's totally worth your time.
@twilight23gardens Unfortunately, this OVA is not a love story, which is a shame because the manga version quite lovely in developing their relationship. The rape is more of a misunderstanding in the manga, which makes me hate it a lot less. The problem is that this OVA was only the first two chapters and the barest touch of chapter three, when it really takes the whole first volume for their relationship to go beyond...well, rape. I highly recommend the manga if you get the chance.
the manga is way better in my opinion. This just makes it seem like rape and thats not the whole story u guys should read the manga Fujimi Orchestra at mangafox.com
Well you probably already got a replay after 2 years but I will comment anyway, ALOT of yaois have angst endings tragedy and all that have you ever seen Zetsuai 1989 ( I have not seen that in years but the manga was just angst after angst and creepy ass love) and no the point of yaoi is boys love, its just that there could be angst yaoi or fluffy yaoi.
Um..... I don't mean to be a noob... but where's the love? they didn't fall in love at the end. I mean, isn't that the point of yaoi? Ya, the uke can be stubborn the whole way through, but they do always end up with feelings at the end. That didn't wrap things up at all for me. Idk about you guys.
It's great when they're consenting adults, but this was not by consent. It led to a forced rape. If I were Yuuki, I would've decked the guy and laid him out flat for even laying a hand on me (and then quit the orchestra) - even at the cost of breaking my hands and not be able to play the violin anymore. Yep - Tenoin was a rapist jerk.
One of the oddest but brilliant dark ones I ever saw , I read the manga to get it more further.
thank you so much for uploading this..
