  • I'll quickly demonstrate how to carve a lifelike sea shark out of a 5cm thick basswood board, finishing with a coat of linseed oil and simple coloring with acrylic paints. In order to make it more prominent, I kept the original wood color for the shark part. It would be my pleasure if you could get a little inspiration from it. If you think my work is not bad, I hope you can leave valuable comments or suggestions and subscribe to my channel. I will keep making better works!

I really like the swirling water in the background, and how much you undercut the shark. It really looks like its coming our of the wood. Nice 😁

Sorry, I was busy with other things during this period, so I didn't reply in time. Thank you very much for your comments. I try new things every time I do wood carving works. Because of this, I will continue to work hard to make more and better works. I don't like to stay in one style, I also like other types, you can also tell me what type you like for reference, I will be very grateful!

Was this about Discovery Shark Week "
I'm being perhaps to honest, Don't want to hurt, I'll say perhaps the first time you didn't leave me a great impression of your art skills.
Growing up I had above average art skills until I tried to draw and paint a rooster for a friend had several trys but believe I ended up with a good rooster after the challenge .Like the addition framework but believe you could done better.
I'm hopeful you're not being hurt but taking a challenge to stay on my creative list of artists.
Looking forward to see more, Perhaps I don't like Sharkey Week
    Thanks
