Thank you very much for this video..my Canon TS3150 had the code P10 after a cheap variant cartridge that made a defect connection..it was very hard to get acces to the cartridges because they didn't appear with opening the draw..but somehow trying everything with pushing on/off-button together with colour-copy button it made a reset ...pfff..so I changed the cartridges for original ones and problem was solved.... ;)
take off the electric kabel..than open the printer draw infront..the cartridges are hidden to the right side..you can carefully grab them and push it to the middle..just attention do NOT touch the delicate inside objects/band..than change the cartridges for original new ones..push them carefully back to the right side..close the draw and connect to te electric kabel again..than push the on/off button to start..my P10 code disappeared and everything worked again after!
for a device RESET = take out the electric kabel..wait 15 min. than connect again..than you push first the on/off-button..keep it in than push the colourcopy-button also keep it in..count 5 seconds..than let loose the colourcopy-button and than the on/off-button..this will make a try to reset..you can try 5 times?!
take electric kabel out of the net..than open the printer draw to change the cartridges..the ink-cartridges are hidden to the right side..you can carefully grab them and move to the middle, than change the cartridges for original ones..just be careful you NOT touch the delicate band/objects inside..than push them back to the right and close the draw..than put electric kabel on and push the on/off button to start..I had the same problem and it worked ;)
@@sjaklieno Hi, I have a TS3150 and my cartridge carrier isn't working. I have tried moving it manually and although it moves, the p10 error is still there and the tray/carrier doesn't move by itself as it should. Any suggestions would be appreciated
@@prakritisharma2635 okay..I had the same kind of issue..you can try to carefully try to pull the cartridge-carrier from the right side to the middle and than you need to exchange the cartridges to original new ones..than move it backwards to the right side and turn on the machine again..this helped me solve the problem..hope this will help you too (I used second handed/refilled cartridges and this caused the P10 problem)
Thank you this was very useful as I found my problem. After I removed the foreign object I plugged the electrical cord back in and no my printer won't turn back on... Any advice?
The last method of empty cartridges reset works! Thank you so much!!!
it worked for me too

Thanks! This is what was wrong with mine. Cheap refill cartridge caused the P10 error.
@@subverto994 nice to know you found your problem too ;)
Can't see the ink cartidges they seem to have disappeared..They normally slide into view. The printer is a TS3150. Any chance of a quick response?
It's possible to move the cartridge carriage by hand? Does the printer print something?

It could have various causes, first of all the power supply board. Try these methods ua-cam.com/video/EbYjGdJhdbQ/v-deo.html
mine doesnt even move the ink cartridges to the middle ejectable position when I open the tray anymore.
Does it has the P10 error code?
@@viandant5 yes
You can move the ink cartridges carriage by hands
Same
Service centre has changed my main board stating that it's main board problem.
Service centre out to fool consumers and mint out money...
Mine doesn't open like that in the back.
Some models have not the rear cover
What if it wont move
what?
Didn't work for me, but thank you.
Thank.
Wait 10 minutes damn
