To be honest, there wasn't anything noticeably "weird"! Some interesting concepts for hoist load stabilization coming from a company called Vita Inclinata however with the newest hoist cable technologies from companies like Breeze-Eastern that are said to eliminate cable spin, it's hard to say what kind of future that holds. Very interesting concept though! I would say the "weirdest" thing by far was a robotic/remote controlled helicopter lift that you drive up under the skids and can drive the aircraft into the hangar by a controller the size of a phone.
