I’m an American who’s donated money to Ukraine for FPV drones and vehicles- but I’m not Russian/American. I imagine Russia to be an amazing place to visit but sadly, I don’t see it happening in my lifetime. I do see Ukraine as being a welcoming place for Americans when they (the Ukrainians) reclaim their country from the Russian invaders. It’s sad that the Russian people can’t or won’t acknowledge the fact that they’re living under the rule of a dictator. Trump claims he will be a dictator on day one if he’s elected president this November…. unlike the Russian people, Americans have the right to bear arms… a dictator in the US will find him (or herself) the target of millions of gun owners.
It's not completely in vain. The level of sensitivity against anything pro-Ukrainian tells us much about the paranoia within the Russian upper echelons.

When they lose i bet the state funds will magically have dissapeared from this Earth. And Trillionair Putin showing up somewhere in North Korea all earned with hard honest work ofcourse...
Oh, but there are many scenarios and most of them pretty bad for the rest of the world. If putler is overthrown, there will most definitely be a civil war, because putler has a massive number of supporters who are mostly thuggish, vile and aggressive, compared to more intelligent and oppressed supporters of democracy and opposition. The outcome of this civil war may be even more radicalized country that is ruled by whoever was most ruthless and brutal to win. And has nukes. Even if putler is somehow removed in a way that appeases both sides, it will not change the system. Just like hitler was, putler is kept in power by his corrupt circle, who enjoy their luxurious lives too much to change it. So, he would be replaced by another dictator who might be more calculating and shrewd, to avoid the same mistakes that putler made. putler is not unlike hitler, whose ego and stupid decisions contributed greatly to the defeat. If he was replaced by somebody, equally ruthless, but more level headed, the war could have been way longer and bloody, even if the outcome eventually would be the same. One scenario that was mentioned many times is that ruZZia could fracture into regions that it brutally conquered in previous centuries. ruZZia's nuclear arsenal is scattered all over it's territory. If you have ever read or seen news about bloody ethnic conflicts in those territories, you know that the emerging new states would be ruled by those who managed to murder all the opposition. And those states, ruled by brutal tribal warlords, would have nukes.
@@origamichik3n Russia would implement more "Budapest Memoranda" with guarantees of sovereignty and security in exchange for their nuclear weapons. Of course, Russia will never honor those agreements. Deja Vu.
Nah Lukashensko has nukes prolly the launching codes too. He's the type that would ask that insurance from Putin for his help to get rid of Prigozhin and Wagner founder.
The difference between early 1942 and mid 2024 is pretty simple: While the Soviet Union was defending itself against Nazi Germany, the USA and the United Kingdom used three ways (north of Norway, north of Japan and south from Iran) to send vast amounts of weapons, material and food to support them. Today Russia is supported by North Korea and Iran - pretty much the rest of the world either supports Ukraine or stays neutral like China does. For Ukraine it is the opposite - that is why Russia cannot win this war anymore. Their losses of tanks, vans, soldiers, ships and planes as well as ammunition are amazing. Russia has lost more than just one war, if you look back in history. They lost World War I, they lost against Japan in 1905, they lost in Crimea against UK and France to name just a few.
You are also forgetting that in ww2 Ukraine cossack were defending Khursk from na3i supported by American weapons. Now those same Ukrainians are there trying to take it back from the new Na3is of Russia , again supported by American weapons
And if you look further…it’s because Russia has been fighting wars the same way since before 1905…they throw soldier after soldier after soldier into battle, no plan, no proper equipment…they’re fighting a war in 2024 as if it’s 1905. They think quantity over quality every single time. 😂 Russian/Soviet Leaders are not known for their IQ. A few sandwiches short of a picnic lol.
One more detail - Russia has such an extreme shortage of manpower and equipment that they left the Kursk border completely undefended. A CNN reporter went through the Russian border completely unopposed yesterday to show just how bad it is. If they can't even defend their border against the country they are invading, they'll have to scrape the bottom of the barrel to even defend themselves. Even if Russia does conquer Ukraine, it will be a pyrrhic victory. It will take trillions of dollars to rebuild Ukraine to be useful to Putin.
You just nailed Russia's biggest problem, friend. Instead of studying and learning from history, they rewrite it to conform to their propaganda, and learn nothing.
good point. these rags, err flags, signed, could be making millions in auction houses later, to help those who got maimed in this horrific imperialist war.
It is a fact that Pootin started no wars when Trump was in office, he was scared of Trump as he is a decisive leader, unlike China Joe. Pootin started 3 wars all when USA was under democrats. Yes indeed Putin is some kind of a genius, to realize that under Bidens weak leadership he would be able to hazard a invasion. Not to mention all the arms production also help Bidens buddies make billions.
Failure to capture Kyiv and topple the Zelenski in the first week of the war had led to the strategic loss of the war. Even if they were still able to "save face" by eventually capturing some territory with some negotiation that ended the war

Thomas Paine in the Crisis Papers written during the American Revolution: "The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly; 'tis dearness only that gives everything its value. I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress, and grow brave by reflection. 'Tis the business of little minds to shrink; but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles until death."

I have a feeling given the "close ties" between Ukraine and Russia that both countries have plenty of intelligence on the other guy. And little goes without notice. Russia did the same thing.Amassing a 100,000 troops on Ukraine's border with Putin telling the world "it is only military exercises. We don't intend to invade Ukraine". And the world did nothing. Now the same play is being done to Russia. Like I said, Brilliant!
Putin didn't want to apply and go through normal procedures. He didn't want to wait. If they just said, sure come in, he may have accepted. Didn't want conditions.
Russia need not catastrophize on what will happen to her should her genocidal war fail. However, she does need to consider what should happen to Putin and his puppets for starting this disgraceful episode in her history.
I am surprised. I always though of Russian people to be very smart and given their long history under the Soviet system, I would have thought them to be immune from propaganda influences. Obviously I was wrong. They learned nothing from that dark time in their history.

Trump claims he will be a dictator on day one if he’s elected president this November…. unlike the Russian people, Americans have the right to bear arms… a dictator in the US will find him (or herself) the target of millions of gun owners.
Thank you for your donations 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽слава Україні 💙💛
And on Day 2 trump will forbid anyone to own a weapon. This is what dictators do.

It's not completely in vain. The level of sensitivity against anything pro-Ukrainian tells us much about the paranoia within the Russian upper echelons.

If Russia loses, nothing special happens to Russia from the outside. Just an enhancement of the misery that Putin already inflicted.
Deja Vu.

China is supplying Russia also . China is neutral in language only.
You just nailed Russia's biggest problem, friend. Instead of studying and learning from history, they rewrite it to conform to their propaganda, and learn nothing.
Putins Russia is finished. The look of shock on those talking heads faces.
That what western propaganda said 2 years ago. Russia still strong. Ukraine is much closer to fall then Russia.
Lukashenko isn’t ready he never will be he’s to busy trying to save he’s own ass from his own people
Best line i've heard in looong time .... "Nothing says treason like humanitarian aid " !!!! still laughing !!!
OMG, a Russian spoke the truth on public media?! I wonder if anyone listened and understood!
If truth would be introduced into the Russian media, it would throw the whole system off.
The AFU should save all those flags they capture--the troops who seized them should sign them. They would be valuable souvenirs.
good point. these rags, err flags, signed, could be making millions in auction houses later, to help those who got maimed in this horrific imperialist war.

Not to mention all the arms production also help Bidens buddies make billions.
they should have defined the criteria of winning and losing first because i still dont understand what that means
russia you lost on the first 3 days
Failure to capture Kyiv and topple the Zelenski in the first week of the war had led to the strategic loss of the war. Even if they were still able to "save face" by eventually capturing some territory with some negotiation that ended the war

I have a feeling given the "close ties" between Ukraine and Russia that both countries have plenty of intelligence on the other guy. And little goes without notice.
