Sir, please guide me if on the day of promotion, basic pays are equal of both lower and higher grade then fixation kaisay ho ge.
Bhai pst to jest scale 14 2no ka same hai pst ki joning ko 9month hue hai jest ki joinig ko 4 month to meri increments lagegi ya nh
6 months saay zyada k case mein increment lgta ha otherwise nae lgta
Assalamo Alaikum Sir meri promotion abhi may 2024 ma BPS 14 se 15 ma hui ha to mera total kitna ezafa banta ha jab k 15 ka increment 1980 ha aur meri basic pay present 40000 hain.
Walai kum Asalam, bhai BPS-14 mein ksi b stage pr basic pay 44,000 bnti he nae ha.

jo date of promotion apke promotion letter pr hoti ha usi say pay fixation ke jati ha.
اگر کسی ملازم کو پہلے ای ایس ٹی پوسٹ پر پے پیکج کا سکیل 16 ملا ہو تو پروموشن کےبعد ایس ایس ٹی16 (15جولای) کی پپے فکسیشن کیسے ہو گی
