So I’ve been working on my retro hail. I found to get better at it if I take a smaller draw it’s easier for me to do it and it doesn’t overpower my exhale as much. Every time I do a retro, I get a lot more woody earthy type flavors. It’s almost exquisite. I’ve also learned that if you smoke about 2/3 of your cigar and do a purge you get a totally different flavor.

The entire video I could not get over Facc's jacket! As for the taste; there is a well known expression in hebrew: " al tom v'ha'ra'ach, lo hispaka'ach" for taste and smell, there is no comparison (one's opinion is his own). As for the safari - did Facc go to South Street?

Believe, me, as a Cuban cigar smoker since 1995, it's better than rolled like crap and plugged, but just odd. Smoking an Illusione right now. Lovely cigar and rolled in a way I like how it draws. Ohh.... got two boxes of Patron coming in from a friend visiting. 2000 and 3000.

All great sticks! I had the Monticello Churchill after 9 months of rest and it was very enjoyable. Chocolate, nuts, leather, and a hint of cinnamon and baking spices. Delicious after-dinner stick.

For someone who’s never smoked cigars but wants to get into it as a previous cigarette smoker, what cigar type would be best for me to try first. I smoked Marlboro special select red 100s because i enjoyed that slightly sweet flavor it gave while still delivering a mellow wood flavor almost. like how cedar smells when you cut it. I feel like i’d enjoy a cigar that gives of those notes but i’m unsure of which to choose from
It takes a lot of time to develop a palate and is very difficult to notice the flavors when you're just starting out. Don't obsess about the tasting notes, as long as you enjoy your experience that's all that matters! Eventually, the flavor notes will find you

Tried them all and the only one I would buy again is the Dorado. To me, it's elevated above the rest of the line.
