Dr. You could not have explained it any better. I have been through the same with my husband the stones were in his bile duct the surgeon removed his Gall bladder and luckily got all the stones removed from the bile duct at the same time his skin was yellow just like Nhat he was so sick and in pain. Kong please take all your viewers advice take her to the ER now I really don’t think she will pass those stones. if they’re in the bile duct she definitely have to get surgery please Kong delay it dangerous Kong take the Doctor’s advice he’s right..

Kong here is my advice to you keep your wife’s illness private don’t have it on camera people are questioning why it’s all on camera and have doubts whether it is true or not (Personally I believe she is sick) at the same time I do understand why some people don’t … she needs to be at the ER / Hospital medical care that’s what she need …

I subscribe to about 11 of these videos from vietnam and do enjoy them as entertainment, not reality. In fact, they have peeked my interest to visit that country. Most, if not all, with the exception of DT and Kong don't have a donation arrangement. The objective of most social media is to make money, not saying it's wrong.

Sometimes they do go overboard and why I watch LyMai and Hien because they don’t have a lot of fake drama. I like Kong but the producers needs to stay away from creating crises that are obviously fake because it turns off a lot of viewers me included. Just show the everyday life of a farmer. From reading articles about UA-cam, they pay very good money once you reach a certain level and Kong is at that level so no need to fake anything.
@@eponder8876 I subscribe to 11of these videos from vietnam and I enjoy most. This "drama" amounts to deception anyway you want to slice it. That goes with any of them. But we must realize that some people like it, and that's their choice. I for one call a spade a spade.
I agree with you all I love watching the lifestyle and the evolution of how they progress in these type of vids so I don't like it when they stage things like this as they all have great stories and progressions anyway to not need to do this but I understand they want to show a different side of things just don't over do it in my opinion. Anyway still love to watch them and thanks for the feedback guys 😄

I blame the producers because one channel called turmeric ginger. Anyone who have ever seen or used ginger knows it is bigger and not orange LOL.

Постоянно показывают, что с ложечки кормят и смех и грех, прямо цирк!!! Или на голову в такую жару надевают шерстяные платки... При температуре и так жарко, а тут еще платок, можно умереть от перегрева.Надо наоборот компресс делать холодный. Или я что-то не понимаю.......

Kong, I had gallbladder surgery last year. My surgery was done minimally invasively at the hospital. How doctors deal with gallbladder issues where you and Nhat live might be different. Nhat is sick, and until something is done, she should NOT eat spicy or fatty foods because they can irritate the gallbladder.
She’s been told it but doesn’t follow the suggestions… even if it’s just to see if it helps! I don’t understand this! When I had gallbladder problems before surgery…I knew exactly what would happen if I ate spicy or fatty foods!
