For Nurses, I will never say Kerala will be a good option to stay back or to go back. No career growth, no respect, no normal life. For Hospital HR and doctors - nurses are less than servants. On nurses day and pandemic time everyone call "Malakha". That's it. Nobody doesn't know, how nurses are struggling to lead a normal life like nurses in western countries (work life and family life). Not everyone's story is negative.
Those who leave UK, they have their own reasons and priorities So that doesn't show that UK is not good for living. Think Does anyone who had already lived here for more than 15 - 20years.. Is leaving ? I will say No. Wherever we go, in the beginning, we have struggles, but if we continue hard working, consistent and focussed then u can achieve your goals... Be financially wise and be practical both men and women. Life will not be stressful all the time. There is always light at the end of the tunnel.. The struggles only make us better in the end. Keep fighting! Be kind to yourself and others❤❤❤

The minimum salary requirement will be based on the future going rate, which could be lower, equal or higher than 38,700 pounds depending on the job. For engineering jobs, the current going rate is a lot higher than the minimum salary threshold.
