Yes, the more you affirm & saturate your mind the best visuals you would get from the subconscious mind, which is a good sign that, it's working, continue to persist in your repetition of your affirmations.

Honestly I cannot imagine affirming for a couple of hours!! 😱😱 How do you guys do it?? I affirm like 5-10 min here and there throughout the day whenever I think about the desire. So you think it's not enough? But then how not to have the desire on the pedestal? if so much time is spent on affirming? And then other coaches say that affirming too much repels the desire.
It’s not possible, your subconscious mind and the universe do not have the ability to do the opposite. Whatever you focus on the most is what will show up primarily in your reality. You don’t need to have fun but you need to be on a really strict mental diet in that case.

I can't believe these guys call them coaches who say affirming more repels your desire 😅 Do they know that their financial problems, poor love life and every misery they have is the result of them thinking/affirming negative things over and over and over again. And the more negative they thought, the more snow ball effect it had. But people like these lack brains and can't reverse engineer. Lmao
So I was affirming like crazy and my SP texted me, but it wasn’t what I wanted him to say. So I blocked him. This was about 3 weeks ago and I’ve still been affirming and haven’t heard anything from him. Im not sure what to do anymore 😅
I’m confused a coach said affirmations won’t work for everyone that you just have to change your state, for some people work but for others makes them even more aware that they don’t have what they want and that’s why they feel anxious when you repeat them .
That’s complete and utter rubbish darling! Affirmations work, objectively, your subconscious mind is no different to anybody else’s, repetition always works so test it out🥰
It's normal to feel anxious after repeating for a short while. You just need to push through it! If an affirmation doesn't seem right you can just change the way you word it.
Even the CIA listed in the government documents said we create our reality by repetitive affirmations and visualizations. Great example, we were brainwashed into wearing masks and needing shots each and every time we went into stores, heard the radio etc. They saturated many minds by repetition of subliminals in the media. Then one day BAM 💥 all of the stores stopped playing it. Look how many people still wear unnecessary masks 😷! It’s so programmed into their minds. The government knows how easily it’s able to program humanity, therefore it’s easy for us to program our minds too.
What does it matter what someone says? No one says the same... The important thing is what makes you feel comfortable and works for you. And honestly it creates much more anxiety to do nothing ("let ot go") or just at night, and the rest of the day being with opposite thoughts and bad internal conversations. The brain learns by repetition, it's science, a single truth. If you repeat something all the time, it's easier for you to think about it and feel it real and be imprinted in your subconscious. The same thing that you do unconsciously with the things that worry you.
Great video Alexa! Glad you brought up this topic! I myself believe that if someone has a lot of resistance, limiting beliefs and moments of doubt should affirm as much as possible! It's hard at first, but then it becomes a habit, we start to believe in affirmations and 3D movement quickly appears. In my opinion, it is worth having a few affirmations and changing them from time to time, making sure that they cover all our limiting beliefs and just affirming, affirming and affirming. I light scented candles, make delicious tea and treat it as fun. The more I affirm, the more changes I see in my SP 😊 SP literally repeats my affirmations ❤
Yes dear, it's always useful! 🤗 I've heard a story of one Nobel Prize winner.... he locked himself into a room and was affirming for 16 hours 🤷♀️🥱 So, if results depend on how much/long we persist does that mean that bridge of events also depends on our mental work?

Or do I need to affirm them on normal speed..when I focus on Repeating quickly with high speed I feel like, as if m jst forgetting wht those words even mean or smthng like tht...does tht imprints my brain or is it mindless or vain affirming ???
