Cloud engineer role always overlaps with DevOps engineer role. In reality most of the time we use Terraform/CloudFormation to provide infrastructure such as VPC, EC2, Lambda function etc. But if you want to create something with Terraform, we have to understand how to do it on AWS console, Soon I will make a video on day to day activities of DevOps engineer, because I can't explain everything in a comment.
