The area you have been eating is a place where pumps,Generaters and their spares are sold. They also do maintenace. Years ago this materisls were available only here from all regions of the country merchants were tend to come to that location. You are in old area of the city.

@@thedolamitechannel2756 Its (Ethiopian Easter) fasting season so majority of us are fasting , For Orthodox christian we also fast Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the year. To answer your question , As summery its Vegan friendly Country with lots of options to consider.

You can travel to addis just be careful addis is extremely beautiful also be sure to visit other cities too don't limit yourself to addis only
