In this site I see a message stuck for 2 months showing that your application is sent to the ministry of education for further processing. and in the bottom there is a button called save, when I click it, it says "data saved for visa". But what I don't understand is that when they are gonna email me back regarding the visa acceptance. Can you please answer.

How is that possible? Your language proficiency (IELTS or TOEFL or any other acceptable ones) must specify your score and they must meet the minimum acceptable requirements
