I shot my crossbow in my back yard I had someone call the cops on me they showed up. The town law is you have to have a backstop that can easily stop the arrow so my house counted as that and no I never hit the house yet and shot a few thousand times so far
@@unequaledequines232 i suggest u find some archery ranges near ur area there are always people there that are willing to give u tips!!! i found an archery range not to far from my town and its free to go just bring ur own equipment
@@kSwissh007 ahh good idea!! I'm pretty sure I was able to find one a few months ago when I was doing some research, I'll google it again. Next I just have to get a bow lol. Doing research now on that. Thanks for your advice!!
it is impossible for me to set a target up without having a house beyond it, but there are 6ft privacy walls on every side, would that be good enough? I have no dedicated archery ranges I can go to out here
My local club only meets one Saturday per month and it's literally just 2 chalkboard they put in the middle of a racetrack. I've got a fairly long backyard and a fuck off sized colorbond steel fence. Gonna put a carpet up on top of the fence as a precaution tho
I accidently without knowing shoot some arrows to my dartboard, but a stone wall was behind it.. it broke my arrow and it returns with a high high speed.. very dangerous.. never ever shoot at home around houses pls
I somehow doubt that shooting a bow at a dart board hung on a rock wall counts as "accidently without knowing". Perhaps replace that part of your sentence with "I stupidly"
Man if only I had that great of a backyard
Always watch out for arrow bounce. Real hazard in a make believe world.

@@crocketgsxr6 Been thinking about something like that, a backstop would definitely save me money buying new arrows
