Come on guys you must be used to doing yoga so it’s probably easy for you. But the members don’t do yoga (except jihoon who does pilates) so that’s why the poses are hard for them😅
@@hallyudoingokay, I do yoga too! And I've always seen people who are new to yoga have a hard time with these poses. So I only can imagine for them lol. Also I've noticed men have a more difficult time with flexibility, idk if it's just me

junghwan is REALLY good at yoga and is either the best or second most flexible
It looks easy haha but believe me, it isn't. You have to do yoga as an habit, or you have to be naturally flexible to do these poses well
