while he did luck out on dodging herc ult(herc ult fires faster than tyr ult) it was just a good play in general to dodge the damage herc could have still hit him for with a basic or his 2 which i dont think he had used yet. It was a wise placement of his ult that gives damage immunity till it deals damage. The framing makes it seem more dramatic but still a good use of his ult.
Marco Perdomo yea perfect ult prediction to save your own life and get a kill is overrated. Tyr could have switched stance to try and kill and herc would have demolished him
damn i remember #1 like it was yesterday.. first couple weeks smite was out of beta, and this was the first 'epic' 10 man teamfight we ever really saw on top 5 plays. it really ment alot for the smite community that play.. it kinda felt like that fight was revolutionary for smite's future seeing as it was so epic and hype
I honestly remember one even better, it was only #2 on that episode to me it will always be the best, it was a mercury escaping like 5 people and he dodged like 8-10 xbal basics coming from a player behind his back.
The tyr/herc clip gives me the damn shivers it's so good. The timing of the music combined with the commentary and the slow motion 🤌 Top 5 clip productions! Inuki please make more like this.
i mean its only a tyr hitting his combo on somebody under a tower. I'm sure its only on the list because it looks cool. if u watching u see tyr actually ults before herc and every other one abilities he has is down so there was nothing else for him to do but try and secure the kill with his ult. If herc didnt waste his ult there would have never even made it to a top 5 plays
Reikeon Gaming they turned a bad situation on it's head with great ability and active use, which normally goes unnoticed by newer players. You won't ever see that because it's spur of the moment
Ya i can see how the battle is extended and goes back and forth but still, noone here did a great play, lots of people miss their abilities, walk straight up into ultimates, jump in 1v3 where they should actually get wrecked but it doesnt matter because the enemies are missing everything anyway. And then agni even lazy backs. You can see "great plays" like this in any silver-gold or casual match if you really want. Sry not trying to be offensive but i dont get why everyone is so hyped about this clip expect for the nostalgia.
Exactly. The nostalgia factor is the main reason the play even got featured I feel like. The #1 play got overshadowed by every other play in this episode.
I love Inuki's little fursona thing that accompanies the end of these top 10 plays videos. And, I love the years of work he's done to compile these clips and bring them to us in such an epic fashion. The players always deserve credit but, Inuki is what also helps make the series. I bought your VP the first time so, I don't need the promo. I wish I still played the game with some of my old friends though. It's hard being a solo Q person.
Gods and Goddesses. Those who have left their mark on the community. Xbox and PC. And Inuki. We who embody the bulk of the smite community Salute you in the battle for Chaos or for Justice.
8:55 important to note the blink basic attack body block by Tyr to save Scylla. Back in the day when you did the breakdown of the fights it's there. Still got that top 5 video saved in my favourites
Justin K. Since you're new to smite, let me explain: it was focused on the immense amount of team coordination. As you saw, there were many plays that would not have worked without their awareness and understanding of abilities, movement speed, and positioning. The Thanatos took the execute to rid the enemy of their highest damaging character, who at that time was unstoppable as a ADC. He became a distraction as he drove attention away from the big fight and weakened the other two in case they go after teammates. The Scylla and tyr respected their ability cooldowns and were able to successfully aid eachother and save themselves from plays that could've gone sour at any point. The Sobek set up the anhur for easy damage and allowed them to destroy most of their damage. I hope this helped you understand
It was honestly a battle royal, felt like i was watching the china teams relegate for worlds. And the #3 was a typical tyr play that noobs only fall for in solo lane
i remeber that play it was awesome, when in season 1 was so amazing for some people is like other teamfight XD, i like when the jungle has fog and all that... old times XD
Oh my god man...this video was just in time,i literally feel it was destiny! I was just thinking in typing a comment trying to tell you, inuki,to look at your older videos and try to regain your inspiration at video and commenting plays, because i FELT like your were losing the inspiration, like, when someone starts working and that person is in love with the job,but as time passes he loses the motivation and passion for it(i know you always did your job how its done, but i just felt like your videos werent as good as before, just me),i once just for curiosity went and searched for the first smite 5 plays video ever, then i looked the second one, then the 3rd one,and before you know it i have watched ALL of the top5plays,and i was amazed by your editing and commentaring skills and also sadded, because you obviously had FUN with this job,it was obvious, you even did puns and other video games references now and then. Now? You only commented the plays and moved on... But out of nowhere,THIS video is uploaded! Not only did it bring out plays that i loved from years ago,but it had the BEST editing montage at the beggining in a top5 plays i have ever seen!(Or remembered...xDD) Not only that, but they even give the best AP in the game for free? YES THANK YOU! (Dont listen to those punks that say things like ''Oh Inuki ap again? come on hi rez bla bla bla, bro,i misses the first opportunity, and i was pissed,so thanks hi rez for giving me another chance, because i finnaly re got it,i remember back in 2015 when i was a xbox peasant, the very first buy i did on smite was on the inuki and khepri AP pack beacuse i couldnt get a AP another way, after that,i literally used inuki ap for MORE than a YEAR,only using other AP to try then out, then go back to Inuki, because his commentary is THAT GOOD,then after i lost my account,i had to re get all my stuff on PC,now i think is completed) Thanks Inuki, thanks for commentating top 5 plays and make it what it is today,it wouldnt be the same without you! And i mean it,other commentators might be good, you are THE BEST i know! ...BTW,wtf Inuki,no highlifhgt for that old apollo 25 ultra mega dodging play from beta times?
THANK YOU ! A RECALL OF THE PERIOD WHERE TOP 5 PLAYS WAS GOOD ! JUST BY A THING, A SIMPLE LITTLE THING... SHOWING THE NAMES AND THE CHARACTERS PLAYS B.E.F.O.R.E. THE PLAY ! Instead of be obligated to search during the video and missing all the action. For english speakers, this doesn't sounds like a problem. But for strangers, like me (I'm french), it's a massive problem, believe me.
Thanks! I think thats because the montage had a lot of short good moments =) Lots of greatness compact into 2 minutes! It's the plays that really make a great episode.
Tyr ulting the hercules boulder was a better bait than anything else but predicting someone else's skills is a relatively common, albeit advanced techique
This video's hidden promo code will unlock the Inuki announcer pack! This code will be valid for all players that redeem it on 2/22/17 between 5pm EST and 8pm EST.
D Y because not everyone got the packs and you should stop complaining because you got free stuff
So other people have a chance to get it who wasnt there the first time? Just be glad they're actually giving out something
i know we shouldnt complain about free stuff but can you lady of lore ap again? i misses that one and mez and inuki already got 2 or 3
tomorrow will probably be the lady of the lore
except they are uploading at the same time as before, and people who couldn't get it before most likely won't be able to get it now.
That Fenrir Play by far will always be #1 in my heart.
I still love that tyr ult over herc ult the most
dav id overrated af
that didnt deserve to even be on a top 5 plays
while he did luck out on dodging herc ult(herc ult fires faster than tyr ult) it was just a good play in general to dodge the damage herc could have still hit him for with a basic or his 2 which i dont think he had used yet. Beautiful and epic👍
damn i remember #1 like it was yesterday.. first couple weeks smite was out of beta, and this was the first 'epic' 10 man teamfight we ever really saw on top 5 plays. it really ment alot for the smite community that play.. it kinda felt like that fight was revolutionary for smite's future seeing as it was so epic and hype
melseru as memorable as tge legendary 10 man teamfight at level 1 or the apollo ult athena ult mez and hog, gf steal
haha yup, ive watched every episode like 30 times over the years. this series has always been epic!
I honestly remember one even better, it was only #2 on that episode to me it will always be the best, it was a mercury escaping like 5 people and he dodged like 8-10 xbal basics coming from a player behind his back.
After 7 years, I came back to watch this amazing video again. Things have changed a lot, how nostalgic. I still use Inuki as my announcer. GG!
I dont know this game but, the announcer make it so damn good..
5:45 is the most dramatic scene for me.. GG
2:13

You made Smite epic.
Inuki TV you rock
7:20 The feels.... OMG :')
The tyr/herc clip gives me the damn shivers it's so good. The timing of the music combined with the commentary and the slow motion 🤌 Top 5 clip productions! Inuki please make more like this.
4:35 this is the best, no matter what! so impressive, love it.
the #3 play will always be #1
The most epic play ever
i mean its only a tyr hitting his combo on somebody under a tower. If herc didnt waste his ult there would have never even made it to a top 5 plays
EpicGamerBen It's hard to say if that was skill. I'd say it was kinda lucky since he ult'd before the Herc did (unless he predicted it?)
he was also out of options, his stance switch fearless and power cleave were down and herc wasn't dead so the only thing to do was ult
Ye, thats really the truth.while it looks really cool, its not that much of a play
That beautiful Bacchus support play nearly had me in tears. What a great support player!!
Man some of these plays took me back when I first started SMITE around the end of season 1. Good times.
The Anhur and Bacchus 2v4 got me out of my seat. That play was sick from both players.
The ultimate showdown Tyr/Hercules still the best
seeing community plays like theses makes me so happy to be apart of this community! Absolutely love Smite! Cannot wait for more season 4 content
Here after 6 years just to see Tyr jumping over a big baseball 😂
So glad to see that team-fight play again. Time to re-watch part 45!
waiting for this and already having inuki ap...
i just want something i don't have to come out :(
Aly they told you on the website what it was going to be.
it's written, only ap
It Just doesn't matter how much time passes, this will always be the most epic video of this channel. It's just too much feels for too little time
Por dios la de tyr y hércules no deja de ser épica nunca
Nothing is ever going to top That last one. Still one of the most exciting turns of events in that one fight. Golden!
I understand the nostalgia is strong in that one, but best plays of all time? Theres really no great play of anyone in there.
Reikeon Gaming they turned a bad situation on it's head with great ability and active use, which normally goes unnoticed by newer players. You won't ever see that because it's spur of the moment

Exactly. The nostalgia factor is the main reason the play even got featured I feel like. The #1 play got overshadowed by every other play in this episode.
4 years ago, still fresh and exciting
that Tyr vs Hercules play is my favorite play here and forever! how pissed must that hercules be XD So perfect i love it
I dont think so its a Nice 1v1 with a real Good ending
whoever is voicing this has such a awesome keep u in suspense type of voice, i love it
The best part of this video was hearing the old amazing top 5 plays music in the final play.
You earned that #1 spot Inuki. You always have awesome quality commentary. Thanks for all you and your people do man.
I still get a tear to my eye every time I see that Tyr dodge that Hercules ult. Great stuff.
This was beautiful.
So wait that means that nothing will ever be better than this. You've just made top plays absolute.
8:57 that auto attack block is the clutchest thing i have ever seen
Oh the first clip, the nostalgia ... the old conquest map, the old sprint, the old absolutely OP tyr
So glad they used such an old play as the number one :)
So are we getting Lore Lady tomorrow?
Blake Mangan yes
Blake Mangan smote website says yes
Blake Mangan why not khepri????
Daan Nijenhuis Didn't we already get it like 2 days ago?
Ayepocalypse they are doing a cycle
Very well done video Inuki. From the animations and music to the commentary.
Thanks a lottt HiRez!!! U guys rock!
As soon as I was thinking, "I wonder if the Tyr Rolling Stone dodge will be in here" that same exact play came on. XD lol
Number one was like a succession of number fives. No single play was super great, but altogether was really fun to watch.
God I miss season 1, so many memorable plays.
you two brought a tear to my eye. anhur: not today
Thankyou for the voicepack my friend !
4th one was badass!
that last play was intense, and that bachus knows his tank role
I remember that tyr vs herc solo lane fight - still gives me the chills everytime!
It's hard not to get chills watching this 😂 it gets me so hype to just really try when playing smite!
Adinster's Fenrir play was the most memorable one for me, instantly recognized it
I'm so happy I have the Inuki announcer pack
I can't believe I've never seen this. These plays were amazing!!
4:59 "You two brought a tyr to my eye" ... Tyr.
OMG that tele after death(TAD!) was totally rad!
5:45 the jump over the ball was quite epic looking :D
i don't know why I'm so excited to watch this
The best video i've seen in my entire life.
Thanks 4 this!... i'm crying :' )
LITERALLY CRIED FROM THE BEAUTIFUL PLAYS O;
That Andinster play gives me freaking goose bumps. It's too freaking good
this motivates me to pull plays like those but i only die.....
Amazing video!!!!
Went super old school for that #1 video.
ShadowQ as Aphrodite dancing around gold fury, anyone?
I had forgotten about number one, that was a great top play
funny thing is i dont even play smite..i just really like this guys commentary. like alot
nice team work the second video , nice plays !
memories.
Gods and Goddesses.
Those who have left their mark on the community.
Xbox and PC.
And Inuki.
We who embody the bulk of the smite community Salute you in the battle for Chaos or for Justice.
The number 1 play looks like my casual conquest games. Never ending team fight over no objectives.
spacewolf needs to get an award as the play is awesome but it looks sooo good.
When I saw the title I new I would watch the #1 here, that was the Smite top 5 plays #45 :')
Legendary plays... really unbelievably :D
that bacchus-anhur play is definitely my favourite one
8:55 important to note the blink basic attack body block by Tyr to save Scylla. Back in the day when you did the breakdown of the fights it's there. Still got that top 5 video saved in my favourites
As as a support, play number 4 has a special place in my heart.
I love the fact that play number 3 is just a normal occurrence in solo lane lol
I feel like #5 was the hypest out of them all
Very nice video, thanks guys. GM Timo
That Bacchus body block was legendary.
that ending made me expect the Metatron popping in screen XD
If we could have honorable mentions, I would add the crazy jukes from Smite Top 5 Plays # 17.
I've seen play 3 and 2. 3 was alright but 2 brought a tear to me. His fenrir was on point
"This is what I call, the 1,000% necessary pillar of death."
I will never forget plays #3 and #2
All of these clips I remember this is what made me grandmaster in conquest
THIS WAS OUTSTANDING!!!
i honestly didn't find #1 that impressive
Michiel Campagne yeah I agree, no central good play by anyone. It's just a regular team fight that happens in literally every smite match...
Justin K.

I'm so glad Tyr made it on the Top 3 ....twice! My favorite God ever.
The commentary on #4 Is great 😂

when will 146 be out
Andinister reached lvl 18 at the end... he started from 15
oh, good old days of Smite
This is why I play smite right here!
beautiful plays
Thats brutal Good vídeo
that tyr play was so sick
its how casually andy walks away like "i got a penta no biggy"
Tyr ulting the hercules boulder was a better bait than anything else but predicting someone else's skills is a relatively common, albeit advanced techique
My fave play is still when a khumba bodyblocked his teammate that was going to walk into a shield wall after getting Athena taunted.
