I just started using your site. Thanks for the 2 week free trial. I just got my first nights data uploaded and it reminded me of one of your videos on EPR with Airsense 11 Autoset. I was breathing fine, and then the pressure raised itself last night and brought me into multiple CA events til the mask leaked and then woke me up breathing hard. I know it's only one nights data, so we'll see if I adjust or it changes on its own but most of the night I was sitting at around 5-6cm of pressure, and then the ramp up to 12-13, even 14 pressure was short lived and woke me up I think. Most of my events the last 2 nights are CA events, and only 1 or 2 OAs so I can't tell if the machine is causing my CA (which it appears possible) or if I just have CA and might need an ASV machine in the future.
I can tell that my brain doesn't feel as fried, but still tired from waking up at night many times. So it's helping somewhat. I'll keep using your site though--appreciate the work!
Is the sleepHQ app coming for android? And can I link my Garmin data?

And when you do, will we be able to use that "magic uploader" gizmo with it (once they update to the 4G modem) or will that remain strictly resmed only

Do you collect global statistics for the platform? How many users, most popular cpap machine, average AHI. Highest AHI etc. Unlike most areas of medicine cpap user data is a potential treasure trove for AI to smart making recommendations
Hi Uncle Nicko, love your content! I wanted to know if you would do a video on a "Inspiratory Muscle Training Device", a device that claims to strengthen your breathing muscles/diaphram which they say improves shallow breathing thereby reducing apneas (assuming that is a cause of ones apneas), increases mental cognition, karaoke longer, and other similar claims regarding increased O2 intake. Not sure if its legit or snake oil sales-talk, I mean spirometers are a thing so maybe its the real deal? I'd love to hear your weigh in on the topic. Thanks for all you do for the sleep apea community!

G’day mate. Have you done a video on all the different graphs that appear on the upload? I have no idea what some are and therefore not sure how well I’m doing. I know, am I sleeping better etc. well the truth is I’m sleeping about the same as I’ve always done. Bloody great, the benefit we found is my wife is also getting a good nights sleep because I’m not snoring all night. Thanks. Awesome job.

What is getting in the way of SleepHQ reading Löwenstein Prisma SMART data?
Nothing really mate, because we are small team we no seed funding we really have to prioritise our development time to get the most bang for buck (and subscribers) Lowenstein isn't sold in the U.S which makes up about 90% of our members so it's really a very small audience for us. That being said, we are working on it and hope to have it the integration completed before mid year. Our goal is to achieve universal compatibility by 2025. Cheers

Uncle niko an need this to save my life 98. Api using resmed airsense but cant get below 16api ..if a uploaded data do you guys tell me whay settings to change if needed
Am a relative new user of c-pap (tried 10 years ago but didnt work at all, have had throuth and nose surgery and used a mad before but now I am trying cpap again) and I am constantly taking my mask of during the night. Could you app help me to understand why so I can adress it (am willing to subscribe to if needed)? or is it to early for me (using it for about 1 month and it says normal is 3 month for complaiance). Can the user replace the battery in the O2 ring?
Unfortunately the battery is soldered to the pcb however i have had my original ring for 3 years now and still get a full 8+ hours (full night of sleep) from a single charge. Cheers

Probably but it won't have the same set of features as the ios app because integrating with Google fit, samsung health etc sucks...
Ive decided to stop using the cpap machine. I'm noticing that after using it I'm waking up feeling dizzy and disoriented. Feeling dizzy is no fun. It last all day too. Not sure what is causing dizziness but I give up. I may look into getting the dental device. Plus dieting to lose about 15 lbs.
Loose the weight by all means, I have dropped 19Kg and it’s improved my apnea. If you use a Mandible Advancement Device, be aware that it can gradually pull your teeth out of line. It worked for my apnea but I was starting to go from overbite to underbite. The misalignment had caused severe wear on my incisors… wish I never tried it! I’d look at adjusting your CPAP or try a different mask.

That would be a mistake. Untreated sleep apnea is very, very bad for your help. Among many other things, it increases your risk of hart attack, stoke, high blood pressure, and memory loss. My advice is to speak to your doctor/nurse about why you’re feeling dizzy.
