Also, I LOVE the new voice!! MUCH MUCH BETTER than the previous KONE voices that sounded like they spoke gibberish or sounded drunk or had accents that were hard to understand!
Floridian Elevators I have heard that voice before in City creek in Utah so it isn’t that new. The voice I hear on other Kone’s have an accent.
Elevating Computer I think that fujitec elevators are much worse again Kone elevators are nice if there elevators are maintained 12.
@Elevating Computer KONE can have their garbage but only Polaris is the best,like the Motorola mobiles,one between a lot of models works

The old UK voice sounded like a robot or something... but they have a new one now what has a lot more character.

Kone polaris are my favorite
Thanks for demonstrating Kone's handicapped mode. It appears, that with the floor group options and the beeper, it's more accessible than any of it's touch screen compeditors, though it could still be better, it's better than everything else out there for accessibility at the moment.
I have to say thank you for not constantly spamming the handicap mode and doin it normally. Some other people will constantly spam the handicap which is actually bad, because when people do handicap mode it takes more priority.

Actually a VERY NICE Mod that seems to actually be pretty decent quality!!! And keep in mind, this is from someone who absolutely HATES KONE Elevators and thinks they are cheap crap!!!!
I think finally KONE is turning down the bad phase and started giving a reaction to their quality,bringing decent mods
Plus put in mind the only model that works properly from KONE,while Ecodiscs works 70% of the cases,medium-easy to break,and note that Ecodiscs are just a basic model

My first kone polaris was at the watergate hotel in washington dc they had call buttons inside the elevator
Sounds like the hybrid configuration when the destination control on the main and others use conventional destination system.
I like these elevators and the scrolling news feed on the floor indacator and the custom annoucments At 3:47.
BTW, the airport you were looking at out of the window on the 18th Floor is the Charles Wheeler Downtown Airport (MKC). Kansas City Int'l (MCI) is well off to the northwest of town, by about 15 miles or so. Heh, figures the week you were here in KC, I was way off in Vermont. As usual, fine work.
Awesome! Love that KSS 800 touchscreens! Hopefully someday you will be able to ride and film a Mitsubishi DOAS (Destination Oriented Allocation System) which is said to work more faster and reliable than any other systems.
I think the top floors are reserved private access for VIP they probably have Higher price penthouse rooms up there.

Hey Andrew did you know that the Annoying Freight Elevator at KOP actually disconnected the alarm bell from the door control
Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh "upgraded" their visitor elevators to use this touchscreen, and they're total CRAP. They don't level properly when stopped on a floor (moves up and down slightly, bad for wheelchair-bound people), and they stop on floors they're not supposed to. I'm not sure who makes these ones, but they REALLY need to do something with the firmware.

I am personally not a fan of KONE, but this mod seems ok... The original elevators were much better though.
Well,from Kone,between a lot of models,the only one that fits well and works better is Polaris
