    This breathing technique includes fast breathing and long breath holds. If you have any breathing conditions or medical conditions like Asthma I wouldn't recommend it.
    DON'T do this technique in any potentially dangerous situations such as driving, in stressful situations or even in the bath.

    27:21 I've found myself crying after hearing those line. I was closing my eyes the entire time and see nothing but black space, the moment you said "focus on something you want to achieve" I saw an image of myself having fun. I think my goal is to focus on stuff that brings me joy. A more happy and freely life is what I'm aiming for ♥️. Thank you Ren for another breathing stream, it something we all need

    it’s been a while since i relaxed but i did so much better than the last breathing session. i felt a bit lightheaded and felt the tingling but i felt so rejuvenated afterwards ( ´∀`) gonna come back to this a lot more often, OTSUREN 💚🛸

    I was following the orientations strictly while lying on my bed, I felt everything, and in the end, I was no longer thinking about any of my worries
    I was only focusing on the moment. This was what I needed most.
    I really appreciate that you always bring so much different content for us Ren, thank you so much. This honestly helped a lot

    As a person have mild panic attack, and since I discovered Ren's breathing stream, I always watch this when I feel the sign. It always calms my panic down. Thank you so much

    TYSM for this stream renren! It's much needed (Stream starts at 4:37). Tbh, ur gentle voice & presence make it feels like a star guiding the path to home.
    I felt strong tension as it's the 1st time my body doing this, but ur words soothed me in flash seconds. Hope everyone have a good day today or tomorrow💚

    I was alone in the hospital getting a check-up during the stream. The whole process was a bit scary. Fortunately, Ren's voice helped calm my nerves significantly.🥺😭🫶
    But while I was getting my blood drawn, Ren was saying, "Focus on your blood running through your veins~ "
    And I was like
    BRO, I CAN ACTUALLY SEE MY BLOOD RUNNING OUT OF MY VEINS!😱😱

    I'm glad to see Ren did a breathing stream after a 10-month break. It's perfect for those who didn't watch Ren's earlier streams.
    For vod viewers, I recommend watching the stream for roughly 28-32 minutes and leaving afterward.

    Otsu Ren!! It was actually so good ! That's my first time but already my favorite stream for real.
    不適切かもなので日本語なんですけど、良い声で呼吸管理されてとっても良かった…ちょっと苦しんで我慢したあとに良くできたねって褒めてくれて、実際凄くリラックス出来て凄く満たされた!!

    I was here at the beginning of the stream but was unable to really listen to Ren since I was work. Now that I'm lying in my bed and listening to it now, I feel so relaxed even after just the first round 💚
    I struggle with asthma so it would flare up sometimes when I felt extreme stress and anxiety. I had to take a break every now and then in this but it was still effective for me, I'm happy you put a disclaimer for those who might not be able to do it and reassured us that it's okay to breathe if it gets too much, it means so much
    Thank you Ren, for giving us these calming streams; for teaching us your techniques for breathing; for guiding us through it so comfortingly, and for always caring for us and our health. I think I can speak for all of us when I say we appreciate your efforts so much. We're truly so lucky to have you 💚💚💚
    I'm definitely coming back to this VOD many times in the future

    Hi Ren, just wanted to say thank you for the stream yesterday. The breathing exercise helped me to sleep soundly without nightmares for the first time in a while. Incredible. The ending was so motivational I can't get over it. I woke up full of energy and got everything done that I needed to do. You are helping me become a better me. I'm utterly exhausted but it feels so much better thinking about what I managed to accomplish so far. It's truly all thanks to you, little alien prince. Rest well and feel better soon.     My first time doing it, when you give instruction to "focus & imagine something you want to achieve" my mind do it right away, it makes me feel emotional that I finish the session with tears on my eyes. Your words of encouragement is really helpful, thank you.

    This was my first time & I feel the most relaxed I’ve been in awhile. I almost started crying at one point… then Ren Ren accidentally said 15 seconds instead of breaths and I giggled 😂 this was great!
    Edit: My body doesn’t want to move. It’s wild!

    I’m new to your streams so haven’t watched a breathing livestream before.
    I’m definitely going to watch it and try it out.
    As someone who has a lot of anxiety and medical related breathing problems I might find this helpful 😯
