The man who made Tata group one of the most prestigious and successful industrial groups in India.Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata better known as JRD Tata was a fearless aviator and a visionary ahead of his times.He began his career as a unpaid apprentice in the Indian company Tata & Sons and within year rose to the position of Company's Chairman. Over the next half century JRD Tata strengthened existing business such as steel,power,and hotels and drove the group to diversify its interests to include chemicals, automobiles, pharmaceuticals, Financial services, and information technology. Under the leadership of humanity, eight hours work,free medical aid,free company quarters, P.F schemes, accident compensation schemes. All these facilities were given by JRD Tata, this is because he said "It is my duty to take care of the labour that we earn here"
