I honestly don't hate the idea of rey being a palpatine
It took some getting used to, but I've come to like it
Did they flee Jakku in Ochi's ship? Or were they captured by Ochi on Jakku and taken off world?
I ask because the part where you mention that they fled shows Rey shouting "Come back!" at the Bestoon Legacy, Ochi's ship.
That's a good question. I don't know for sure yet but I interpreted it as that ship being Rey's parents ship that Ochi took possession of after he killed them. That could be completely wrong tho
It could also be that Ochi found them on Jakku after they sold rey, and maybe rey saw them get kidnapped
That makes a lot more sense now. appreciate that, not being salty here, I just prefer Rey as a nobody it just felt more fitting if you know what I mean.
