So, I didn't expect to be back so soon... Mostly because I wanted this video to be my next upload but I didn't think I'd finish it that quickly because yesterday I only had like 50 seconds done and my sony vegas was being an idiot. But it seems my idea (make a funny video so I could finish the painful one) really helped! Because today I was inspired, and my SV was being somehow helpful 8except for rendering, it took 4 hours!!!)
I'm very proud of this video, really. I used a lot of my favorite scenes (though I missed some of course), and the song was entertaining to vid even if it was painful. And, god, was it painful...

i am here to say that dan/blair should have been end game. makes no sense that their relationship was built up for 4 seasons to be taken down in so few episode. it was bad writing and ugh. i choose to believe that dan/blair ended the show that way.
Can I start saying that the GG writers are the worst? Because they made a terrible job with the pretense that Blair never ever felt nothing for Dan. The whole first part of your video is amazing because of this. The little subtle things (thanks Leighton, I know you didn't get the memo that you weren't in love with Dan) that you put in there just say how much she actually had this HUGE CRUSH on him and how she wanted for them to work. He was her best friend. She felt strong and safe. I am upset because it's all she ever wanted. Pure and simple love, what Dorota and Vanya had. A family, friendship, something that make her feel strong and safe.
I love the Blair POV in this. We never see videos with her POV and here's to all THE DENIAAAL omg.
I don't normally like duets but this song was so written for them. Dan's stupid face. I can't even start. Dair was ON since Dan's 'seeing signs' speech and everything was about them from that moment on and I am just so sad overall always because he's SO STUPIDLY IN LOVE WITH HER. His face. Penn also didn't get the memo about how Dan aaaalways loved Serena (except he didn't, omg).
I loved this whole video, I told you it's THE BEST dair video i've ever watched and I'm not kidding but THIS PART 3:30-3:40 it's WHAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF. Blair was so into him. She realizes he's always been there and suddenly it's like OKAY MAKE YOUR MOVE TAKE ME THERE. This stupid couple. I AM SO UPSET maria. I can't. Why did you vid this? Why did you do this to me?

I’m still so bitter about how season 6 was like a total rewind on character development and relationships...forever outraged that Dair wasn’t endgame when they built up they’re friendship and relationship all series just to tear it to shreds?! Wtf?

Dan & Blair had to be together at the end. But bloody show writers gave Blair away to Evil. There is no justice even in TV Show.
this hurts my SOUL. these two were so so perfect or each other, were better people when they were together, and their journey was so amazing (would have been perfect if not for the writer's need to destroy their own good storylines) and you showed it so beautifully tbh. and just. this video definitely goes in my top five favorite dair videos, without a doubt.

I was listening to this song and Dair came to my head and then I found this. Makes no sense that they'd ever be over each other so why should I be over them, right? I hate how they had to make Dan a bad guy that way they could justify Blair being with Chuck. They just had to glorify two unhealthy relationships though.

Okay. I've got a problem here ^^You see. I ship Dan with Serena. Always have. Always will. I started to watch the show for those 2. ^^
But I NEVER realized that Dan & Blair actually had SO many scenes together ?! Maybe because I didn't watch the last couple of seasons with the same attention ? So for me, it always seemed "forced" that they will get together. Because you had those "golden couples" in GG, and the writers were just trying to mix them to do something different you know ? And then I watch your video, and I realize that maybe I was wrong, and maybe there actually IS something here that I didn't see. 'Cause god when I watch this I see the chemistry and I'm chocked with the amount of scenes they shared, and yeah... I actually ship them a little bit
Jen. They were built up since the hallway scene in season 1. The writers even admitted it. Then seasons 4 and 5 were their main seasons
I just started watching... Long story. I felt the Dan and Blair build up early on. I think they worked perfectly and even going on some of their dialogue together in season 4 is actually funnE aZ... So like many I'm into this couple. Sad the writers had to sink the ship. Best fiction couple everrrr

Wow, perfect video, even if i don't ship these two!
The story of an "epic love" between Blair and Chuck, which Dan points to in a critical manner in season 6, is just so boring and unbelievable for me. I'd rather have something illustrated that seems real and like it could mirror audience members' stories. They accomplished this with Blair and Dan in a wonderful way at times, until they decided to rush Blair and Chuck's epic love storyline again, which was so disappointing. Of course Leighton and Ed had chemistry too, and some good scenes, but D&B are just a better love to aim for.
At 30, I decided to watch this show for the first time because, whatever, what harm could it possibly do? It's just a dumb show. Ugh, no. I need some anti-dairpressants now. 😭
Their friendship was so good I don't know why they make them go on relationship I felt so wrong watching them together
