I have autism which causes a condition in many people including myself called “sensory disorder” which can cause severe panic attacks from things like loud, repetitive or isolated noises, which is the category asmr will fall under. I have to listen without any volume and am just here for the satisfying video. I literally have zero idea what any of the sound is but can still enjoy. So to answer ur question I do not exactly find it satisfying
