I would love a deepdive with your ADHD journey! I got diagnosed at 30 and have been on Vyvanse for almost 10 months now (best 10 months of my life)
Aww amazing how do you find it? May I ask how many mg your on?
I don't know if they have that in NZ but I've heard its really good, I got diagnosed at the start of 2023 and tried a few longer acting medications but found a fast acting option much better as I can manage the "dosage" and doesn't really affect my mental as much (can help with sleep too because you can take less in the afternoon if that makes sense)
Yes please do an in depth video on ADHD and meds. My hubby is on dex and son concerta. I’d love to hear your perspectives on how I can support them.

Also p.s best thing ever that's safe for all kids and adults for constipation is magnesium citrate 150mg (kids can have 2-3 and adults can start with 4) best thing ever and helps sleep and stress too 😊

Big hugs Steph I had my second son who had cerebral palsy and I even teared up watching u with your brother all special needs people have something super special about them it makes me emotional to as I lost my son at 3 and half years old 😢 they understand more then we know i think ❤
