Doubt:
Income tax specifies its own rate of depreciation and method for depreciable assets but accounts follows its own rate and method of depreciation. So does that mean that I have to maintain seperate accounting records for taxation and in general ??
Sir don't you think that maintaining two records will become complicated??

every company make records accoringly to thier business nature and accounting standard or IND-AS. But for computation of tax liability we make separate profit and loss for computation of total income as per income tax 1961 and income tax rules 1962.

And that balance sheet is drawn according to the Income tax Act and not on accounting basis.
