I visited this site couple of months back… they are not able to sell cos of over price… in miyapur there is lot lot of unsold inventory…miyapur RE is already in dead mode… About this project: Over price. Lot of noise inside the flat even in night times. No place for visitors parking. Very little place for kids play area. Flats are not yet sold already I saw the leakage/seepages.

For 6800 we can get in Naren Primark Fully gated community. Around 6200 6500 price is valid even less
