I started doing the Satchel’s storylines today. SDS did amazing, love the videos, love the new in game animations, even the small details of changing his pitch names was great

Just as a side note, a lot of team collection captains of teams with low overalls have higher stat boosts making it more even if say a pirates fans theme team ends up against an astros theme team. I thought that was a really cool point of attention from sds

You can put all the starting pitchers besides Paige on your bench so you can have extra pitching instead of those guys taking up a spot in the rotation
The Cole Captain with some of the diamond All-star pitchers is pretty good too. The pitch mixes aren't as great and the hits per 9 are a pinch lower... But they all have really good pitching clutch with the boost. Also a pretty good option for your pitching. And they're not hard to get by doing the TA moments. TA Woodruff starts with 120 clutch

Something glitches when you run Martin Dihigo at secondary position, it will just show random stats. Have him at 3rd sometimes he’s gold fielding, sometimes he’s bronze

Idk why more people aren’t using this I’ve been using Donaldson , rube foster and satchel in my rotation with the buck boost and they’re insane

I have buck onell in my inventory but can not put him in at 1 base or any position
I completed them all but I don’t see that Buck captain card in my collection

While I think these cards are incredibly underrated and will use them for awhile I wish the captain boost also affected PCLT so the pitchers don't loose their H/9 boost with RISP (Said this before you mentioned it at the end lol)
Why does it still say that my card are only a 90 ovr even after I made him my captain and put all 7 players in my lineup

Do you recommend playing two squads then? Have one squad for when you pitch satchell and Donaldson and another for pitching non-nlb players.
Best team affinity cards? Got my first and took Juan Soto last night really enjoying his card.
How would you rank this option versus only going up to the tier 2 boost for Buck O'Neil and opting for Nolan Ryan and his pitching captain boost along with Yu Darvish and Johnny Cueto WBC cards? (With Satchel & 1 other Sanford Green starter)

If you have the 90 Buck on your squad, you have to sub that one out for somebody else before the 95 Buck will show up.

Just the captain and the players that meet the requirements for the captain to unlock the boosts. So just the storyline players.

So when you have all seven on your team does that mean everybody on your team has to the captain boost?
Yes
Means all of the Negro League players get the boost. Other cards like live series or WBC cards would not.
