Hi Kristy! This was a good Fix. I like the idea of fixing the arm hole. You'll feel better if you're not thinking about your armpit while you're wearing the shirt. That sentence sounds weird but you know what I mean! Sunshine squad 😊
If you worked in an office setting, the navy top is awesome, but as you describe your work, it's a no. You wouldn't feel comfortable. Love the pants! Price is great as well. I think the black Kut jeans are a perfect length and your idea of a white t and chambray (dark chambray?) is on point. SF math kills me every time!

Yay!! Clothing box! ( I realize why most don't do these anymore - who could keep all the clothing!! ) These are what brought me to UA-cam during Covid.

Love the black jeans and are perfect for your job!!! I have done that type of job, and the slim ankle is great for safety like climbing down ladder you don’t catch your foot in them. I agree about the blue top, the armpit thing makes you feel self conscious, and you need and deserve to feel great just to start your day

I like that top on you. Its cute. I totally understand how it feels with the arm holes. I hope you can have it adjusted to your liking.
My vote is 5 for 5. All pieces looked so good on. I often will put a gray longer Cami under my tops to elongate the torso some and give an appearance that some of the shorter styles today are longer. I just leave it untucked so it peeks out a little from the top I am wearing. The navy top would also look good tacked under the arm if that is how you feel most comfortable. My clothing style is similar to yours (and so is my age) I do tend to lean a little more into comfort than dressy, but that is mostly because I have some autoimmune issues that are preventing me from working right now. I know style is personal and comfort is key. I just thought I'd add my 2¢

I really love the navy blouse. I would get the sleeves tacked on the sides like you mentioned. I would also feel uncomfortable with how bare the sides are when you lift your arms, but the blouse is really elegant and I can see wearing it to a dressy event with a nice cardigan or blazer. I like both of the pants on you also. I don't like the navy blouse with the navy pants. I feel like the tones are off and they clash. But I like your styling ideas and think it sounds like a great Fix.

You remind me of my daughter. Over thinking. You look soooo good in that blouse. I don't know where you work but I'll bet the customer is way more interested in their purchase than your supposed under arm fat. The wide leg jeans look marvelous on you.. Personally I think they are more flattering than the skinny jeans.
I don’t think I am overthinking. I just have bought things in the past that I have not enjoyed and have sat in my closet without wear. I want pieces I feel confident in and make my body look its best. Each clip was 1 minute or so. That is not that long to make a decision on a clothing piece. I would guess most people spend a longer amount of time in a store dressing room. I did keep everything and the pants and the top are in my car to take to alterations on Wednesday. ❤️
