@@ebicoTF ok so i don't want to argue but if you play the game and know macro its useless. 4 focus crystals, 4 crowbars, 4 watches, 4 goat hoofs, 4 soda, 4 backup mags, 4 armor piercing rounds, 4 crit glasses, 4 sticky bombs, and 4 gas would all be much better.
I can go as far to say that you should scrap syringe as loader when you can so you can get better items.

luck is a big part of the game, if you're skilled tho it becomes less of a factor
learn item macro, watch race on youtube, he's got good videos on how to use items well.
You can unlock something later on in the game that lets you choose wat item you get, so it removes the luck from the game
totally skill issue. Character that he played doesn't even need good items
