Hey long lost friend what helped me with this problem (also pile 3) was completely surrendering. I’m a perfectionist & a bit of a control freak & overthinker bc of that but completely surrendering & letting go has helped immensely. I still overthink & all but once I go back into stillness-awareness behind thoughts it all becomes clear. Ayy man I'm an overthinker as well, I'm a musician and I almost got some music out that I really believe in it cause it has been created of my pure intuition. I chose pile 3. This past April, I was in a really dark place. I was gonna take my life, but instead I moved in with my elder sister. She stressed me out a lot to the point I couldn’t eat, but I met someone who showed me a different view of life and living. He encouraged me to heal from my trauma. I’m an indigenous person and we were once extremely spiritual people until the 1850s. I’ve always been really connected and spiritual until bad stuff started happening to me. But I’m rediscovering everything I once believed in. I moved back home in September and things have been so great! I met these healers in the beginning of November and they saw something special in me and decided to teach me Reiki. They’d never done that before and kept saying I was a sacred person - My purpose is to heal people. Unfortunately I’ve been through a lot of trauma, but I finally broke the cycle my people have been stuck in, having avoided becoming an addict/alcoholic like the rest of my people and family. Its so funny because I so badly want to live in Japan, I’m even trying to learn the language. Either Japan or some sort of place where everything is surrounded by nature and the food is grown and not full of whatever people put in it nowadays. I’m a hypochondriac so I take my health really seriously. I never thought I could be happy, but here I am. Getting through it. I only wish I could help other people, but I’m not quite there yet lol.

Hey long lost friend what helped me with this problem (also pile 3) was completely surrendering. I’m a perfectionist & a bit of a control freak & overthinker bc of that but completely surrendering & letting go has helped immensely. I still overthink & all but once I go back into stillness-awareness behind thoughts it all becomes clear. Ayy man I'm an overthinker as well, I'm a musician and I almost got some music out that I really believe in it cause it has been created of my pure intuition. I've been stuck for a while now because I was too harsh on myself and demanding of perfection from my music but now I figured that nothing should come with rush and I only have to go with my passion and let it all out to finnaly face my fears and doubts. #1 My life path number is 1. I went through A LOT, then I discovered that self love is the key. You gotta love your self at the lowest, not just when you are doing good or great. I recommend Teal Swan and the holistic psychologist, they are the best on resolving trauma right now, and they changed my life. Also, when getting a therapist and mentor, make sure they have gone through pain and overcome it, otherwise they can not help you further. Life can be so hard, I wanted to give up many times, Addictions, bad relationships and a chaotic life with illness, I not only survived, I started manifesting everything I need and now I am creating a beautiful, exciting life!! Pile 1. This reading completely blew my mind! 😍 Those 4s lol... I'm a life path 4, born on the 22nd which is a master builder number. The box with its 4 corners and a gem in the middle... Always felt I didn't fit into any boxes, so hid myself away within all thise layers? Despite being water sun and moon, the rest of my chart is fire mixed with air... I chose pile 3. This past April, I was in a really dark place. I was gonna take my life, but instead I moved in with my elder sister. She stressed me out a lot to the point I couldn’t eat, but I met someone who showed me a different view of life and living. He encouraged me to heal from my trauma. I’m an indigenous person and we were once extremely spiritual people until the 1850s. I’ve always been really connected and spiritual until bad stuff started happening to me. But I’m rediscovering everything I once believed in. I moved back home in September and things have been so great! I met these healers in the beginning of November and they saw something special in me and decided to teach me Reiki. They’d never done that before and kept saying I was a sacred person - My purpose is to heal people. Unfortunately I’ve been through a lot of trauma, but I finally broke the cycle my people have been stuck in, having avoided becoming an addict/alcoholic like the rest of my people and family.
Its so funny because I so badly want to live in Japan, I’m even trying to learn the language. Either Japan or some sort of place where everything is surrounded by nature and the food is grown and not full of whatever people put in it nowadays. I’m a hypochondriac so I take my health really seriously.
I never thought I could be happy, but here I am. Getting through it. I only wish I could help other people, but I’m not quite there yet lol.
