Game rates suck so badly, its been a year and i have yet to get a recently released UR character, instead I get nothing but UR memories. Got to 200 points on Summer Nejire's release and i didnt get her (but instead i got the memory TWICE, had to quit after not getting her), turns out the rerun only required 200 points. Can't support a game if they treat me horribly.
And it sucks because I'm a huge nejire fan, almost got her int version fully maxed out, got almost every nejire related memory, and got first place on friendship at some point. Really enjoyed the game up until it started treating me horribly.
Tbh should never play any gacha if you don't want to be treated horribly by a game. Most if not all gachas are designed to be this way so you spend money. But regardless, gen pool banners are not ideal to summon on. Nejire will go to the pool of characters in every banner for future releases. The BEST banners to summon on would the the Step Ups. Good rewards, discounts, increased rates, guaranteed characters/memories steps, etc. We will get a new Steam Punk step up soon in september, i recommend saving for that banner and then you will be able tog et nejire from that banner too. But i only ever suggest summoning on gen pools if you MUST HAVE the character, if you can wait, step ups will give you the best results imo.
At this point yeah, I'd normally chalk it up to just being unlucky, but I don't have the same issue with any other gacha game (and even with mhui at first). There's both streaks of bad and good luck, but with this game specifically, I haven't been able to pull a new UR character since somewhere around midnight's release (which means i cant even do newer events since my characters are outdated Even with the steam punk step up banners, the guaranteed ur character always ended up being a copy of what I had.
And if I'm being honest, half of the reason I spent money on the game is because I genuinely like the game. The artstyle for the characters/memories are second to none, the chibi models are adorable, they have good voice acting, etc. So at first I wouldn't mind buying the discount deals, but after spending enough to reach 200 points on both white hair dabi (I didn't realize it wasn't recommended to summon on gen pool banners up until a few months later) and summer nejire, it sort of really rubbed me the wrong way. Get what I mean?

game has a LONG stretch of gen pool releases, most of which should be S7 releases. so we now have a long stretch of releases that could be some good S7 moments. Also Steam Punk step up should be around second half of september, since todoroki wasnt done here, its possible he is the next steam punk release.
The next character have to be awaken bakugou or how i like to call him ultra instinct bakugou
