I doubt very seriously that it actually looks that good. It probably just projects the image from your smart device onto the glass giving the ILLUSION of a 3D image.

Ulo is a good idea. When and if some low life breaks into your home, maybe a crystal clear video coupled with facial recognition software at the police station will help catch and control vermin that would otherwise have gotten away Scott free.

The ipin ruler was similar to an idea discussed in my math class back in 2007. We talked about a way to take pictures with a phone and download furniture from a website to see if it fits in the space. The ipin ruler looks way more in depth than what we discussed, pretty cool.
So basically if someone breaks into your house and sees that owl cam, they're not going to know it's a camera most likely and will probably steal it too because it is some sort of tech (that looks expensive) to them. I think this is a bad idea because NOBODY steals a traditional camera
It would be nice if the owl can still send out Gps tracking and images when the person steals it so you can find out where it went to. Or that it can put out wings and fly back home
