Yes Mossad was one of the assistant organisation in keeping the Shah in power and in return Shah was supporting them with oil and fuels and secret poltical powers, but all of the helps were sercretly and non-public as Shah didn't want the Arab Countries turn against him
So eventho in media he was showing that he supports Palestine but he was one of the first Muslim Countries' Governers who recognized Israel as a Official Country
