Interesting you mentioned that Daemon's suicide mission was because he would rather die than let his brother help. Interesting because earlier in the episode when Viserys says he is sending his brother help, Rhaenyra asks, did he ask for help? And Viserys' response is 'he would rather die'
Or Viserys is sending help, because Daemon is actually winning. And by sending it, he would claim victory for himself. So he has to move faster and win, before his brother sends his "help"
Yes, I love Daemon’s character! He’s not solely motivated by good nor evil and has such determination. I think this episode was very artistic in that it drew comparisons between Viserys deliberate killing of a helpless innocent stag and Rhaenyras killing of a wild beast in order to protect herself. I think it shows that her and Daemon are motivated by self preservation, considering their titles are both threatened. The shots of both her and Daemon with the bloodied triumphant stares is so cool!

Daemon Targaryen perfect. But it's in his flaws that's us viewers can relate to our own experiences and emotions. Kudos to Matt Smith, no one could have done it better
I would love a video about the relationship between Daemon and Viserys. What I love about these Targaryen is that they love their family madly, albeit in their own twisted way. Daemon's nature is to create chaos and this is how he can also express himself, he would die for his brother and for her niece Rhaenyra (her, like a family and in a romantic way). Like Viserys, who is always very verbal about the love he has for his brother and his daughter, what he wants most is for everyone to be at peace. Same for Rhaenyra, she would give anything for her father and her uncle (whom she also loves romantically). I love this strange family, they're very passionate 😂😂😂 PS: I'm a big fan of your analysis (and your Cosplay) ✨✨
Would've loved to see more videos on scenes from the rest of the season, like the Episode 4 scene where Rhaenyra confesses her trauma over her mother's death to Daemon 🥺
Lol ... l like to view this as the battle going on at the microscopic level between the Targaryen White Blood Cells vs the Cold and Flu Crab Eaters. Fits perfectly, early stage Crab Eaters are ruthlessly making a mess of things. There becomes the back and forth of battle that is the rising and falling of ones symptoms. Daemon rowing in and planting the flag is where you at your worst but now going sideways. But your body now has a plan and is positioning for the win. Dragon strike and onward is where you feel better hour over hour. Everyone cheers.
I think if you did an episode about, "Everything, Everywhere, All at Once" would be great. In particular focusing on Waymond I think would be very heartfelt.

The crab feeder was diseased and blind in one eye, what fight would he have? Didn’t need to see Daemon just slaughtering him after all that awesomeness before.
Daemon is waving the white flag and offering up his sword to signal that his side surrenders. The white flag will cease hostilities until an understanding and terms of surrender can be reached. Daemon takes advantage of this to get in what's essentially a cheap shot to draw out the Crab Feeder and give him an opportunity for the victory... which is completely in line with Daemon's personality, lol.
I like that despite being overly aggressive, he isn't invulnerable; lost the tourney, nearly died in this battle... a lot of fantasy shows/books would have had him win the tourney to show his strength, but that was not the point of daemons character
I like how people try to paint Daemon as such a mystery, when in reality he's just that attention-seeking boy who has to act edgy in order to feel personal pride because mom and dad probably didn't give enough hugs as a kid.
