    As always fantastic to listen to. I am always surprised by the fact that, for some of us who grew up in other parts of the world, many of those lifestyles/diet/nutrition that the Western world and the USA specifically are discovering now, were such an integral part of life and knowledge. And then, the more we started following Western modes of living, the more we tended to move away from those lifestyles. It is amazing how previous generations in Greece where I am from were just living like that, despite the mind/body distinctions of the West. And, yes, the fish example is a good one, regarding its connection with spirituality and the human body...
