I had started with 2 nests of stingless bees but in a span of 3 months i noticed all were were invaded by the normal honey bees. Have you ever experienced that?

From my experience. It is hard for the Stinger bees to invade a hive of stingless bees. They either go there after your colony of stingless bees shrike due to action of some invaders like phorid fly, praying mantis, lizzard etc. Try place your hive in safe environment and avoid direct sunning
