There's loads of great music still being made, you just have to look. I read somewhere that there were some like 23 or 30 million songs on Spotify that received zero listens last year. I'm always discovering "new" music, even if some of it is 30+ years old now.

Music is still good today. In fact there always was good and bad music. You just remember the good ones. I recommend you look up outside of your comfort zone, it's always a mindblowing experience to discover something new. I listen to a lot of music from the 50s to the 20s (2020 obviously) be it from movies, just songs or from videogames. The number of gems hidden outside the classic distribution means (music not made by artists only for the sake of it but like for other supports: cinema, vgs, series, etc...) is impressive.
