If you see many people from India have migrated to USA and got good jobs. Some have become great leaders of big companies. My personal opinion unless you have an issue earning in India you need not go to another country and can contribute to your own country’s growth.

Good decision of moving to India..👍🏻 Few pointers about having property in india or while buying property in India.. -If you want to rent the property then we should always have atleast 6months of rent or mortgage amount in our bank.. Incase property is not rented for 3-4months then we are able to take care of mortgage installment by ourselves. -Like you said in your video, maintenance is always there for US homes, so we need to have some buffer amount for maintenance as well. -While buying property always remember some HOA/POA which takes cares of the community doesn’t allow to rent the property. So always buy a property which can also be rented. -Selling home is always a better idea if you are not planning to comeback to US. -Always go for New homes while buying property in US so that maintenance will be less 😁 and even if you want to rent it later, there will be No or less maintenance. Great decision of moving to india, All the very best to both of you..Very less people makes this decision after coming to USA.

Change is difficult but. It's the way of life, once you go back, settle get busy with routine you will not miss anything here. I would love to go back to aai baba and family, just need a good job everything will fall in place. Be positive and welcome change, some risks and stepping out of comfort zone is must for progress. Believe me renting a property in USA is not that difficult as you think. Those rental companies do an amazing job of finding tenants and maintaining your property. We have done it twice, once from India. I understand your concern of not being physically here and maintaining a property but it’s not that complicated. We made same decision three years back but did not sell our house and that was the best decision we have ever done it. Because after that property prices increased and it would have been difficult for us to even buy our own house. Not just for kids but what if you guys decide to come back? Its always a good feeling of going back to our roots but there are lot of challenges. It’s not difficult for us to adjust but it’s very different situation for our kids, for them it’s a foreign country. Of course I don’t mean to interfere in your decision but just wanted to share my experience because I know how hard this decision is and how much planning and energy goes into making this decision.
Where are you coming in India,which city?? I don’t know your personal reasons to take such decision?? But still i think you must give second thought My son is also there in California Sometimes we also think about staying in US or coming back to India So I will request you to share your views about taking such decision so that it will help us change our perspective

Change is difficult but. It's the way of life, once you go back, settle get busy with routine you will not miss anything here. I would love to go back to aai baba and family, just need a good job everything will fall in place. Be positive and welcome change, some risks and stepping out of comfort zone is must for progress. Believe me renting a property in USA is not that difficult as you think. Those rental companies do an amazing job of finding tenants and maintaining your property. We have done it twice, once from India. I understand your concern of not being physically here and maintaining a property but it’s not that complicated. We made same decision three years back but did not sell our house and that was the best decision we have ever done it. Because after that property prices increased and it would have been difficult for us to even buy our own house. Not just for kids but what if you guys decide to come back? Its always a good feeling of going back to our roots but there are lot of challenges. It’s not difficult for us to adjust but it’s very different situation for our kids, for them it’s a foreign country. Of course I don’t mean to interfere in your decision but just wanted to share my experience because I know how hard this decision is and how much planning and energy goes into making this decision.
